We stayed here during our trip to Amsterdam and the hotel has bed bugs!!! We reported it to the reception staff and she didn't seem to care, she asked me if my bites were potentially from mosquitoes instead.
Contacted booking. com for a refund as she didn't seem interested in helping us.
When we arrived, our beds were not made. Old wet towels were on our bed and dirty used cutlery had been left in our room. Our bin was full of waste from the previous guests. So the room had not been cleaned at all. Disgusting & absolutely vile.
Noisy at night. Dismal rooms that resembled jail cells.
No TV. Limescale in the kettle. BED BUGS!!!
The fact that this hotel is allowed to stay open is a joke.

La ubicación es un 10/10, el precio 10/10 y la atencion de los trabajadores también, especialmente una chica q habia en recepción a la cual no pregunté el nombre y de un chico que se llamaba Javi.
El vuelo llegaba mucho antes de la hora del check-in y nos pudimos dejar el equipaje en la recepción para no ir cargados mientras visitabamos en ese tipo la ciudad, para el check out lo mismo.
Lo unico que no me gustó son las literas, da un poco de miedo como estaba el somier de la litera de arriba, las tablas algunas rotas y mal cogidas con unas grapas. Daba la impresión de que en cualquier momento de la noche se podia romper y el de arriba caerte encima, aparte de que habia algunos colchones mas gordos y otros mas finos y por ende mucho mas incomodos, pero bueno algo malo tendría que tener por el precio, aun asi repetiría sin dudar.

El hotel es muy sencillo y humilde pero muy práctico, tiene todo lo que puedes pedir para viajar con amigos y está en un sitio céntrico y privilegiado. El chico que nos atendió fue muy agradable y atento con todo lo que necesitábamos, siempre estaba disponible para cualquier cosa con una sonrisa.

Great staff , great hotel and great location
The location is excellent. And the manager/staff were fantastic, waiting up for are late arrival well past the 11pm check in time.
It’s probably not the right place to take your wife, but a great chilled place for a few mates to have a top weekend in Amsterdam.
