La posizione in pieno centro e lo staff cordialissimo

Cons:

La struttura è fatiscente e molto sporca. I servizi inesistenti. Doccia rotta, luci rotte, finestra rotta. Se si deve passare qui una sola notte, può andare bene ma solo se ci si sa adattare molto bene, altrimenti è insostenibile.
Spazi piccolissimi, scale ripide e anguste (ma questa non è colpa loro) e struttura molto vecchia in generale.

Pros:

Staff were lovely and accommodating, our room was upgraded due to the heat and there was a lovely balcony area for guests. The location was excellent, a few minutes away from Dam square and the palace.

Cons:

Amenities could do with some updating but everything worked to a decent standard.

Location was nice.

Cons:

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The property has an excessive number of stairs, making it extremely inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The rooms are unbelievably small, cramped, and uncomfortable, with barely enough space for basic movement.

The bathroom was poorly designed, with no proper shower tray, which resulted in water ending up everywhere. On top of that, every conversation, door slam, and movement in the corridors could be heard clearly from the room, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep.

There were also unpleasant odours throughout the hotel, which only added to the overall feeling of poor maintenance and lack of care. The hotel felt uncomfortable, and far below the standard that was advertised. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would definitely not stay here again.

nos enviaron el 1er dia a una habitación en 5to piso por escalera sin espacio .literal mas qué la cama .con duchador roto . no podíamos ni bajarnos de la cama ,imposible subir, imposible estar .nos quejamos nos trasladaron. Fue lo peor de nuestro viaje .Llegamos de madrugada no sabes donde entrar todo es confuso .el peor hotel de mi vida
