Ottima posizione e ottimo prezzo, davvero competitivo. A piedi si raggiunge tutto facilmente, anche la stazione!

Staff poco chiaro, problemi con la comunicazione. Scale davvero ripide(anche se segnalate nell’annuncio). C’era macchina del caffè, ma senza capsule…

The room when I walked in had a coffee machine and tv which I thought great however no tv remote and. It tea, coffee or cups to use said coffee machine (after reporting this these things did appear however this took about 24 hours. One of the windows in my room was boarded up with what looked like floor laminate, not very safe. The sash window was broken so could not be opened to let any air in this non air conditioned room (was aware prior it was not air conditioned however on the photos there was a fan shown which was not in the room. The room was very run Dow with it needing some good old fashioned diy doing.

Lo único destacable es la ubicación.

Cons:

El personal no quiso ayudarnos con las valijas y las escaleras son muy pequeñas y peligrosas, poco aptas para personas mayores. La limpieza deja mucho que desear: prácticamente solo tienden la cama. Además, la ducha inunda el baño y estuvimos tres días con el piso lleno de agua; ni siquiera lo secaron durante la limpieza. Para 2 o 3 días puede estar bien, pero no para una estadía más larga.

Let's be honest, this is a cheap hotel. And for little money you expect little service/quality.
I won't disappoint you with that because it's true. I have stayed in many cheap hotels in many expensive cities and let me tell you this is probably the poorest of them all.

I'm not here to complain about the fact that the room was up 5 sets of very steep stairs. That there was no lift. Because the listing at least told us that. Which is fine, it's quite surprising how quickly you get used to the altitude.

I'm here to complain about the fact that the room was so small that it could only compare to capsule hotels I've stayed at. They've taken the loft/attic area of a typical house and made it into 4 hotel rooms!!!
Realistically you would use that space for one good room or maybe two very modest rooms. There is so little space that one person has to climb the other one to get out of the bed. There is one small wooden shelf in the room and two hooks in the bathroom. That is the entirety of the storage in the room. The bathroom is a toilet with a shower over top of it. The design of this room speaks only to the greed of the person designing it. Maximise profit and stack people in piles in the attic.

Ideal para estancias cortas y poco equipaje
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, estaba muy cerca del centro y de la Estación Central, 15 min caminando. Bonito el lugar por donde se encuentra y tiene cerca tiendas y Cafés. A dos cuadras un supermercado.

Cons:

Baño muy pequeño y que no tenia aire acondicionado. Fuimos en verano, y aunque no estaba haciendo tanto calor, con aire acondicionado se descansa más. Pero no recuerdo si lo mencionaba la reserva. Y lo de las escaleras si lo decía, que eran empinadas y no había ascensor. Lo recomiendo si es solo para dormir y andas con poco equipaje. Personas mayores no deberian o con discapacidad.
