Pros:

Personál bol veľmi príjemný a nápomocný. Lokalita mi vyhovovala najmä kvôli cieľu pracovnej cesty, oceňujem však aj, že tam bol dosť pokoj. Posteľ bola pohodlná, to hodnotím veľmi pozitívne.

Cons:

Schody :) to ale dá očakávať v Amsterdame. Nie všetky elektrické zásuvky fungovali. V izbe bola rýchlovarná kanvica, nie však šálka/hrnček. Prišla som v horúcom období, a tak tam bolo dosť teplo. K dispozícii bol ventilátor, ale nevyskúšala som ho.

Only for a short stay with small luggage.
Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

Very small room, bathroom has no towel rack, basin is micro sized. The stairs are not for physically challenged people, no lift so big luggage is nightmare. NO facilities to keep your luggage.

the property was not at all upto the mark and infact the person at the reception gets annoyed for anything we ask for.
further when we requested them to keep the bags at the reception or luggage storage room after check out for 3 to 4 hours they started to yell at us and said we can't do it. the same was not at all mentioned on your site that the propertt will not store the room after check out.
furthermore there was no person to help us to take our luggage from the hotel reception to the room allotted to us. so I was really embarrassed with the family and have never seen such a worst hotel in my life. I have travelled whole world. Further I request you to provide me with the compensation for harassment caused by the property to me.

Ubicación y cama cómoda.

Cons:

Olores procedentes de las cañerías del baño. Escasísima agua en la ducha, apenas tiene fuerza. Falta de ascensor, con unas escaleras casi verticales bastante incómodas en todas las plantas.

Pros:

The only good thing about this place is an Receptionist from UK who works once a week. He was nice,friendly and offered help to get the suitcase up the floor. Although i did it myself.
Another good thing is location.
Thats it.

Cons:

Didnt like the owner of this place. The guy was a bit rude. Hesitated to help to get the suitcase down( that staircase is dangerous and very steep, one of the steepest i have seen also stairs had thick carpet which didnt make sense to me as it made it more risky) which i had to keep requesting to get help. He was complaining he had bad back. I get it , its not his problem however the hospitality is ZERO. If i mis step just in case i am going down probably with multiple fractures.
The bathroom had multiple leakage, i didnt find the room clean, the bathroom has bad smell.
I think about the stairs and No Help will be provided information should be listed on the ad before it gets aired on Booking.com
