I liked that the hotel was right next to the station, which was very convenient after a long trip and a lot of walking around Amsterdam. We were very tired, so we slept really well. The room was clean, towels were provided, and there was hot water with shampoo and body wash available. The staff didn’t make any problems about anything, everything was simple and easy. We left early in the morning. Overall, it’s a good place if you come mainly to explore the city and just need a comfortable place to sleep.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room. We really wanted a coffee in the morning after waking up. Maybe there was one available at reception, we didn’t ask. But overall it was still fine for a short city trip.

The bathroom door wouldn't close and the hairdryer was broken. Water from the shower kept flooding the floor because there was no shower door. The rest was fine, though.

1)Resepsiyondaki çalışanların yardım ve ilgisi
2)Konumu mükemmel.
3)Temizlik çok iyi

Cons:

Asansör olmadığından dolayı problem yaşadık. Odalara çıkan merdivenler çok aşırı dar ve dik olması sebebi ile çok dikkat edilmelidir. Özellikle çocuklu veya fazla eşyası olan aileler için malesef uygun bir otel değil. Odalar genel olarak küçük ve duş kabini bulunmamaktadır.

L'hotel és súper cèntric, ideal si viatges en tren, ja que està a escassos 5 minuts caminant de l'Estació Central i a només 10 minuts de la zona més turística. El personal molt amable. El preu per la ubicació que té és simplement immillorable

Cons:

L'escala d'accés a les habitacions és l'original de l'edifici i no disposa d'ascensor, cal tenir-ho en compte si es viatja amb equipatge pesat. L'habitació donava a un pati de llums on hi havia instal·lat un aparell d'aire condicionat, sense vistes, i unicament ventilava amb el shunt del bany. Considero que la insonorització de les habitacions és un aspecte que hauria de millorar, especialment si tens la mala sort de coincidir amb veïns poc respectuosos amb el descans dels altres.

In the bedroom, there was no light, couldn't open the window because they were smoking weed.
Bad check-in because they wanted a 50 euros deposit, just losing the key or whatever, they don't like about the room, and the bad shower door stuck with screws.
