I lost one night stay as I had no mattress which is not acceptable
Pros:

House keeping staff were very helpful

Cons:

I had informed the hotel that my bed mattress isn’t comfortable to sleep on as it sinks in & had asked them to assist me but unfortunately they said all the mattress are same & left me with no option ie I had to sleep without mattress during my stay.
I had no option other then removing the current mattress which house keeping helped me & gave a mattress topper to sleep on which is so not fair & comfortable.
I tried contacting booking.com from there but I couldn’t get in touch I also emailed but there was a system error coming up & it was so late in the night that I had to give up as I was very tired.
Due to this situation I checked out a day earlier ie on 23May instead of 24May hotel advised they can’t assist me with any refund as I need to contact booking.comi thought I get in touch with your company once I’m available.
Considering my situation I do deserve some compensation I have been a regular customer with your company kindly assist me.

Pros:

The staff was accommodating of our specific needs. Helped us with an early check in of 1.5 hrs and luggage storage after check out.

Cons:

The room itself was not quite adequate for the price. The one we stayed in was a connected one. It was not sound proof at all.
