The only positive aspect of our stay was the lady at the reception, who was extremely attentive, responsive, and genuinely trying her best to help guests. She was truly the saving grace for the hotel and deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise — for the way she handled the situation professionally despite everything else going wrong.
I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay. The pillows in the rooms were unclean and had a very unpleasant smell. We had booked and paid for two Deluxe Rooms, however due to the condition of the rooms, we were forced to change them.
Additionally, the handling by the staff was extremely unprofessional. There seemed to be complete confusion amongst the team, with staff running around without any coordination. To make matters worse, when we arrived late at around 2:00 AM, the staff member at the lobby was asleep.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and the necessary improvements are made, especially with regard to hygiene, staff training, and guest service standards.
