They are not talking to customers properly, unnecessarily charging for everything, not giving payment bills also.

they dint even had my reservation which i had already paid
Nothing
Owner Shalini is totally unprofessional and greedy, she collected 388 cash saying very low rate online. No AC Provided, no drinking water, no soap shampoo provided
Nothing
Owner Shalini collected extra 388 rupees in cash eventhough I paid full bill online. No Water provided. No ACs she allowed to run citing low price online and Oyo is not paying the tariffs in time. No Soaps/shampoo provided. She was complaining online price is very low and she cannot provide any facility. Totally unprofessional only 1 staff available at the premises, not even security guy is there.
Nothing
Arrogant staff, facility offered AC, but non AC room provided. Manager asked not to book online anymore, no margins, hence good room can’t be provided
Over pricing. I was charged more than the mobile app price
