Pros:

Le personnel est hyper gentil, surtout la dame de l accueil et aussi le contact en whatsapp qui nous a organisé la voiture et la balade en bateau avant d arriver à l hôtel. Les chambres sont bien et rapport qualité prix excellent avec le dîner , simple, mais inclus , et comme l hôtel est isolé cela est pratique. hôtel agreable pour faire une étape entre Makassar et Rantepao , belles vues sur la campagne de la chambre et du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les sources sont chères 150 000idr pour les étrangers et effectivement pas top, et mal entretenues, même si la balade dans la forêt en navette gratuite est sympa.

Pros:

Such a fabulous hotel, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by gardens and jungle. A true oasis. We stayed 2 nights in the President Suite which was fabulous. Really spacious, huge comfortable bed, lounge, dining area, great bathroom and the shower had really good pressure. Breakfast and dinner were included and were always delicious. We did a tour to Lake Tempe with the hotel and that was great and good value for money. There aren't other places to get meals but you don't need to go anywhere. A great few days rest.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.
Maybe a hand towel in the bathroom would be handy.

Personnel très accueillant. Repas servi dehors le soir sous forme de buffet et possibilité de jouer au badminton

Cons:

Les sources d eau chaude sont inexistantes. Juste une sorte de piscine chaude bondée de locaux avec la musique a fond. C était en plus payant. Nous avons fait demi tour

Comfortabel en niet bijzonder.
Pros:

Het hotel is vooral gericht op binnenlands toerist. De medewerkers spreken beperkt Engels, maar wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het is er netjes en schoon. Ziet er modern uit. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is erg mooi.

De gratis shuttle van het hotel naar de hotsprings is een mooie service.

Cons:

De tafel voor het avondeten was gedekt op het badmintonvekd. Zaten daar wel erg te kijk. Maar het eten is heel lekker.

Maison très confortable. Jolie chambre.
Repas buffet au jardin avec musique douce.
Des attentions de la part du personnel: gâteaux apportés à notre table.

Cons:

Pour nous, les oreillers sont très durs.

La source d'eau chaude est en fait un complexe non adapté aux européens. Les gens viennent passer une journée pour le tiers du prix demandé aux touristes. Impossible de se baigner en maillot de bain quand les gens le font tout habillé. Nous sommes restés 1/2 heure.

Maintenance is needed
Pros:

Nice home feeling dinner, staff are very helpful to organize us beers when we request and making the beer glass cold for us. This is a real bonus.

Cons:

The location indeed is quite far and the road to the hotel is not easy to drive.
The hotel itself looks nice but the facilities are not properly maintained. For example the glass door of the balcony has a problem and it cannot be open at all. This is a pity for us.

Pros:

Auf einem Zwischenstopp von Toraja nach Bira, sind wir für eine Nacht hier gewesen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit großem Balkon nach Westen. Das große Kingsize Bett haben wir sehr genossen. Freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Schallabtrennung zum Flur war durch die Zimmertür so gut wie nicht gegeben, jedoch mit Ohrstöpseln könnten wir einigermaßen gut schlafen.
Auf dem schönen Balkon gab nur einen Stuhl, keine Möglichkeit zum komfortablen Verweilen.

Entspannter Zwischenstopp (2 Nächte) mit allem drum und dran. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Pros:

- sehr sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter
- eine ruhige Lage
- das bequemste Bett welches wir bisher auf Sulawesi erleben durften
- Dinner (wir können nur dringend den Tempe empfehlen 🤤👌🏽)und Frühstück sind geschmackliche Highlights und für uns das beste Essen auf der Insel.
- unser Ausflug an den Tempe-See wurde binnen kürzester Zeit organisiert. Fahrten zu den heißen Quellen stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Posto tranquillo dove trascorrere qualche giorno.
Pros:

Camera grande e pulita, navetta gratuita per le terme e per escursione in barca al lago Tempe. Cortesia dello staff.

Cons:

Essendoci pochi clienti la cena era con scelta limitata. Da migliorare la comunicazione con i driver per soddisfare le richieste del cliente.
