Stuff not good with visitors they don't know how to treat you i think they need to be trend for that I will not come again to this hotel again

A great stay
Pros:

Always a lovely stay with welcoming staff, great location and good breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms and hotel have lost their personal touch. The removal of things such as the celebrity collage wall in the reception to the little boats that used to decorate the rooms has removed the personal touch the hotel had which I felt gave it its charm.

Cons:

Checking in takes too long. With todays technology people do not want to spend 10 minutes to fill out a form to indicate addres etc and all other unimportant information. I takes me much shorter time to check in to fly to USA than to check into Bay Hotel. Please evolve and improve your check-in process.

The stuff is very welcoming and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable the room was very nice with breath taking view
Pros:

The hospitality from the minute you enter the gate you feel like a VIP they deserve five stars from their welcome drinks to their breakfast top notch.the views from the room breath taking

الفندق جميل وموقعه اجمل ولكن الاصوات الخارجيه كانها فى الغرفة العازل خفيف واذا احد دق على الغرفة التى فى المقابل او التى فى الجنب لازم افتح الباب الموظفين ممتازين ومحترمين.

Cons:

الافطار كان بسيط لا توحد فيه اطباق للخليجين غير البيض لذا اقترح اضافت بعض الاطباق والذي لم يعجبنى ان لم يخبرونى عند الحضور ان المواقف الخاص بالفندق عليها رسوم الى عند المغادره وكذلك اذا انت كانت حاجز فى الفندق عن طريق بوكنج اى شى تطلبه منها من ناحيه نوع الغرفة او نوع السرير يردو عليك لماذا لا تحجز على موقعنا.

Location is fantastic. Right on camps bay. They make Ur stay real special. Strong recommend if you are a family. Great service.

Cons:

Pool was closed and they didn't inform earlier, but since it was damn cold, didn't miss much.

Great hotel!
Pros:

The staff was great! Great room and views. Loved the spa! Really really nice hotel. We will definitely come back!

Cons:

I have a gluten allergy and there was a lot of variety in knowledge with the staff about food allergies and cross contamination.
