La ubicación y el fácil acceso

Cons:

Nunca me ofrecieron el parking que tienen en el hotel y me mandaron a otro a varias cuadras. Para hacer el check out tuvimos que esperar más de 25 min porque había una sola persona realizando los check in y check outs.

A great hotel in a superb location with excellent staff who couldn't do enough to help.
Pros:

Excellent room. Large and with a view of the square. The aircon was efficient and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. All staff without exception were polite, friendly and very professional. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, although this didn't change day by day. A superb location close to the port and straight into the town on foot.

Cons:

The noise of chairs being scrapped across the floor late at night wasn't great. After 2 nights I complained and was offered another room, but it was late and I was in bed. I asked that they deal with the source of the noise instead, and shortly after it stopped. The beds come with only a light sheet. Room temp can be controlled by the aircon, but the option of a blanket in the room would have been a nice touch. We heard others asking at reception for a blanket.

Een prachtig hotel aan de haven en met een fantastisch uitzicht en geen herrie. Mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht over de haven.Parkeren in de garage, met een autolift, wel erg krap. Vrijwel direct aan het centrum. Een uitstekend ontbijt
