Acogedor
Pros:

Soy amante de los buenos colchones...fabulosos.
La luz, una para cada estancia de la habitación, regulables. Habitación muy cómoda y grande.
Un aire acondicionado regulable con el que pasamos muy buena noche, porque el calor de fuera es sofocante.
Las vistas espectaculares, todo exterior con vistas al puerto, los barcos de la armada española, etc... Hotel céntrico.
Amante también del café...no pudimos desayunar por falta de tiempo, pero tuvieron el detalle para todos aquellos que madrugabamos, tener preparado una mesita con café, te, etc...Yo lo agradecí mucho!.
El personal muy amable y cordial.
Si tuviéramos que volver, sin duda nos alojaríamos en este hotel.
Por la tarde pasé a tomar un café en la cafetería del hotel. La joven que me atendió muy amable. El café increíble!.
Muchas gracias a todos.

Cons:

Nos quedamos con las ganas de desayunar el buffet del desayuno, pero no teníamos tiempo. Creo que es un poco caro, si no eres de desayunar mucho como es mi caso. Quizá la próxima vez.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Only small negative is if you are driving, they do not have parking unless you have a very small car. But there is a parking garage two blocks away which you get a 10% discount if staying at hotel.

Very good hotel in downtown, Carthagena is a beautiful and interesting city
Pros:

The room was good and spacious, the beds comfortable; the hotel is very good, comfortable; the staff is professional; breakfast is good, generally I would rate this hotel between 8 and 9; the only strange thing is that cappuccino for breakfast is charged 3 euros (you could also take coffee made with capsules and it was free); space for improvement: such a hotel should have a professional coffee machine; the hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the center;

Cons:

I have no substantive objections; we were at the end of June when there was a festival or parade, music could be heard from the coast until late at night; some bells can be heard near the hotel both day and night, but that was not a problem
