Everything was lovely the staff were excellent but I was charged for 2 rooms when I only booked 1 Can you please look into this for me ASAP
Bar staff were great. I arrived late and hadn't eaten dinner yet. I arrived at the restaurant to eat at 9.15pm. I was presented by Lucia with a smile and told I could order. I was then told by the restaurant staff that the kitchen was closed and could only order desert.
I went into the bar and ordered a pint. Lucia noticed and then asked me if I would like to order dinner as she checked for me and the kitchen was in fact still ok to take my order. Thanks Lucia for ensuring I had a good experience at the hotel. Top rating for her customer service. 😃 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Location also staff was very nice specially the guy called Tom I think which gave us a little tour around the hotel to show us all the chickens and peacocks.
Tv was very small in room rooms could be better toilets e.t.c

Quiet and relaxed
It's a beautiful building. There was plenty to do as a family as it had an outdoor playground, crazy golf, a wood walk, chickens and an indoor pool and spa. We were told that they were trying to be carbon neutral. And they had vegetable patches on the grounds. We even got to bring home garden fertiliser made from food scraps from the hotel and eggs from their poultry.
The only negative was that the elevators were out of service when we were there, but the kids liked exploring the hotel by using the stairs and the absolute maze to find the pool.
Food was lovely and bedrooms
We had diaster as pool wasn't up to temp and our little boy had hydrocephalus fluid on brain and the water been cold destroyed the whole night away as water been cold affected the fluid levels in brain and caused his behavior to be extremely hard and so much so his sleep was non existent last night
Another great overnight stay, great facilities and the staff are great.

Lovely facilities
Place was amazing most of the staff was very friendly and nice except one lady. overall our stay was amazing thank you to the rest of the staff who were lovely. The food was top notch the mini golf was gr8 for the kids and overall we will defo be back again.
Overall there was just one lady that worked in the bar she came off a little rude but I'm sure maibe she was just having a bad day. I hope her day is better and she's feeling better. Also fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at 4 am and we all woke up but shit happens and thank god it was a false alarm.
