Location was good.

Cons:

Renovation of B10 was shoddy and new sliding bathroom door slides over light switches which can only be reached if the door is closed. New shower however is much better. Hinges left on old door frame is pretty odd and could easily be remove. There is evidence of lack of adequate management.
