Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The Moav floor can only be booked by adults. אין מספיק מקומות חניה.
המחיר, כמו כל מלונות ישראל ברמה זו, גבוה מאד בהשוואה למלונות דומים באירופה. במחיר ששילמתי יכולתי לשהות 5 לילות בכל בירה אירופאית במלון 5 כוכבים הכל כלול!

יפה וגדול אך לא מצדיק את המחיר

מיקום טוב, ארוחת בוקר טובה. התחשבו בנו ונתנו לנו חדר בקומה ללא ילדים ונוף מהמם לים שזה נחמד.
הצוות חביב מאוד, בריכה טובה וגדולה, חדר גדול,
ריעננו לנו את החדר ממש למחרת הגעתנו שזה כיף

Cons:

הניקיון של החדר היה טעון שיפור, היו שערות לא שלנו בחדר ומברשת אסלה מאוד מלוכלכת, שזה די דוחה ולא מתאים למלון שעולה יחסית יקר.
וגם ציפינו למתנה קטנה שתחכה לנו בחדר כמו שעושים כמעט בכל מלון שהיינו בארץ , שוקולדים קטנים, בקבוק יין , פירות, זה תמיד מאוד מוסיף להרגשה
