Sollte ich wieder in die Region Ellwangen kommen würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ortsteil, jedoch ausserhalb von Ellwangen. Bis nach Ellwangen in die Altstadt sind es ca. 2.8 km.
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man konnte problemlos das Fenster offen halten. Parkplätze hat es genügend um das Haus herum verteilt.
Das Hotel selber hat eine 300 (!)-jährige Tradition und wird in 12 Generation geführt. Das muss man erst mal schaffen. Bravon und Danke diesen Familien für Ihre Gastfreundschaft über eine so lange Zeit.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes geräumiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal und eine reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ruhige Lage mitten im Ort. Sehr gute Qualität im Restaurant. Der schwäbische Zwiebelrostbraten ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Ich glaube, daß im Restaurant an der einen oder anderen Stelle nicht alles selbst gemacht war. Das Essen war zwar gut, aber wenn meine Vermutung stimmt, wäre der Anspruch des Restaurants nicht erfüllt und der Preis zu hoch.

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, das Hotel liegt in Nähe der Autobahn, es war schnell zu erreichen. Im Restaurant haben wir sehr gut zu Abend gegessen, es hat alles sehr gut geklappt.

Wir hatten eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg in den Süden, sind schon Wiederholungstäter und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Besonders gut haben wir das Personal erlebt, ab dem Check-In, über Erläuterung der E-Lademöglichkeit bis zum Service im Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

War alles bestens.

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit hervorragender Gastronomie und Wohlfühlen-Ambiente

Das Gesamtambiente des Hotels, die erstklassige Gastronomie und das freundliche Personal. Wir nutzen das Hotel bereits zum wiederholten Mal als Durchreisestation auf dem Weg in den Süden.
