Pros:

Единственный плюс: цена. 3.5к рублей в сезон, если не ошибаюсь, прекрасная цена для номера в центре города.

Cons:

Нам не понравилось вообще почти все, хорошо, что это была только одна ночь. Нету одеяла, да даже просто пододеяльника, только покрывало, которое все в пятнах и очень жесткое. Но матрас в целом комфортный. Ночью проснулись от ночных молитв мусульман-ужасное шумоподавление номера. Все пошарпанное и по углам грязь, особенно душевая была не очень приятной. Возможно, это нормально все за такую цену в этой стране, но по фотографиям эти условия было не понять: из фото соответствовали только чайки на террасе. По фото выглядит все приятным и опрятным, а на деле не так. Да и отзывы такие хорошие в основном были.
Завтрак скудный и еще в таком неприятном месте, что ешь через силу и хочешь быстрее убежать, несмотря на то, что это шведский стол. Было на завтраке: гренки, яйца вареные, колбаса, 2 вида сыра, оливки/маслины, сухие завтраки, арбуз, нектары, чай, кофе растворимый и может что-то еще по мелочи. А, ну и еще нет лифта, но вроде об этом сказано. Проблема была бы в случае больших чемоданов, но мы с ручной кладью справились отлично. Всего этажей 5, так что не особо проблема.
В общем, мы разочарованы и решили больше так не экономить.

Отличный номер, рядом все достопримечательности, завтрак бесплатный, кровати удобные, кондер работает хорошо, парковка рядом 15€ сутки но к самому отелю дорога перекрыта с 10-18, есть в 200м другая парковка к которой есть подъезд круглосуточно

Великолепно, стоит вернуться.
Pros:

Отличные завтраки, хорошее расположение ( недалеко остановка трамвая), близость к достопримечательностям. Комфортный номер, прекрасный вид на Мраморное море.

Hat alles gepasst, ich würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super und wir durften unser Gepäck auch nach dem Check-out noch stehen lassen.

Cons:

Es ist doch recht laut, aber das ist wohl in Istanbul auch normal.

my 2 bookings in Maduro each is 4 days

The staff is very polite and helpfull. Really understanding the situation.

Cons:

You can get to hotel from Sabiha G. metro station inside airport to Ayrilik Ceshmesi (approximately 20 stations) then change to B1 Marmaray line untill Sirkeci station. Here change to T1 tram station (also name is Sirkeci) and go strait to Bayazet station. Here on the left side you will see a Burger King building and a downhill street, follow until the end and turn right to Cilavcilar street. First it seems like save a money option, but you must be ready for downhill and uphill road from Yenicheriler str. to Cilavcilar str., and this was very exhausting for us.
The hotel has a potential but seems that they are not reinvesting in itself, so the facilities and management need renovation.

Overall, it offers acceptable value for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement.
Pros:

Good value for money.

Cons:

The property wasn’t as clean as we expected. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very little variety. The location is also not as good as many of the reviews suggest. Overall, our stay was okay, but we expected more based on the ratings.
