Το πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Οι σερβιτόροι στο πρωινό και το βραδινό, οι υπάλληλοι στο μπαρ της πισίνας ( ο αγαπημένος μας κύριος Μάκης!!) οι ναυαγοσώστες, οι καθαρίστριες, όλοι άκρως φιλικοί, εγκάρδιοι και πάντα με μία καλή κουβέντα κι ένα χαμόγελο!

Ολα ήταν πεντακάθαρα.Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο ,ήσυχο και το μπάνιο ακόμη πιο ωραίο και άνετο.Η θέα από το δωμάτιο στα Μετέωρα ήταν μοναδική.Η πισίνα στα highlights του ξενοδοχείου όπως επίσης και το πλούσιο πρωινό!Πολυ φιλικό προσωπικό και εξυπηρετικό.
Θα το ξανά επέλεγα σίγουρα σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη.
Τα έπιπλα τους πολύ ωραία και μιας άλλης εποχής.Ομως θα ήθελαν μια συντήρηση,όχι αλλαγη, γιατί έτσι θα έχανε το ύφος του το ξενοδοχείο.
The hotel features a large, spacious complex with a wonderful pool area. We planned our days to ensure we had enough time to relax and recharge in the pool after long days of hiking.
The pool goes up to a depth of 2.7 meters, and there is a lifeguard on duty for peace of mind.
We ate at the cafeteria twice during our stay and everyone in the family found something they enjoyed. The food was fresh, tasted great, and was very reasonably priced.
The room refrigerator was quite noisy. I ended up having to unplug it at night so we could sleep quietly.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and lacked variety. We weren't sure if everything was completely fresh—my kids got pancakes but didn't eat them because they said they didn't taste very good.
Well located for exploring Meteora. Wonderful large pool and staff. Very helpful in advising itineraries to the monasteries. Comfortable, clean rooms with good showers.
The hallways are a bit worn down ( not the rooms).
