Alles in allem gut.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nahe Parkplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Altstadt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, zuvorkommende Gastfreundlichkeit.

Cons:

Wir konnten nur ein Doppelzimmer buchen. Erst nach Ankunft wurde noch ein Zusatzbett zur Verfügung gestellt.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Herr hat uns vieles von Konstanz erzählt und Tips gegeben. Das war wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich. Das hotel ist am Rande und doch sehr zentral.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und wir ließen das Fenster beim Schlafen offen. was leider nicht so optimal war, da noch bis lange nach Mitternacht gefeiert wurde beim pup nebenan. Wir fanden es eh lustig. Aber ich denke wenn man absolute Nachtruhe will, sollte man eventuell ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite buchen.

Pros:

The hotel is very good situated and near by everything.
The receptionist was very friendly.

Cons:

Our room was too hot, we could hardly sleep because of the heat... even the small fan didn't help during the heatwave... !!! 🥵😱
A bigger fan in the room would be better or 2 fans at least !!!
We were surprised in our bathroom there were a few cockroaches during those 2 nights... !!! 😲😳😱😱

Das Personal was sehr Nett.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer war mit Ungeziefer befallen und es wurde trotzdem verkauft obwohl es bekannt war schade.
Es wurden Getränke zum Frühstück verkauft die seid 2025 abglaufen waren, als Gastrolokal ein NOGO.
Frühstück war nicht so das ware, bischen Mager in der auswahl.

Schönes Hotel / Gute Lage / Hotelier leider 0 Punkte....

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel leider ein Chef der seine Kunden betrügt.

Cons:

Mir wurde bei Anreise gesagt das das Hotel noch nicht über Booking bezahlt ist, ich habe leider aus eigener Dummheit dem Herren vertraut und habe mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlt. Am kommenden Morgen wies er mich darauf hin das die Buchung bereits bezahlt war. Wir einigten uns das er sich darum kümmert das das Geld wieder zurück erstattet wird. Was für mich in Ordnung war. Das war am 14.06. heute haben wir den 15.07. Auf Mails reagiert der Herr nun nicht mehr. Auch keine Rückmeldung des Hotels. Nun muss ich halt leider den Rechtsweg einschlagen wenn die letzte gesetzte Frist fruchtlos bleibt. Es können immer Fehler passieren aber als Hotelier sollte man sich dann zügig darum kümmern das es geklärt wird. Dies scheint hier nicht der Fall zu sein. Tipp an alle die dennoch das Hotel buchen... Schaut genau ob ihr schon über Booking bezahlt habt, dann spart ihr euch ärger und Zeit. Ich für meinen Teil habe wieder was dazu gelernt.
