The worst hotel experience ever - major safety concerns!
Cons:

have traveled extensively, but my stay at Tehnograd in Kraljevo was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had. During the night, someone entered the hotel, started banging loudly on all the doors, swearing, and shouting threats. I was deeply concerned for the safety of my family. The lack of security and control over who enters the building is a complete disaster. We spent our entire stay locked in the room, terrified. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your safety!

Jako je los smjestaj, nema prozora, nekako je pravljen da izgleda kao da je nadogradjivan bez ikakvog plana. U kupatilu odpada zid, u mini kuhinj takodje, sve u svemu jako lose u poredbi sa cijenom koju smo platili

Sicuramente da migliorare
Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato mentre eravamo in viaggio; arriviamo e non trovavano la prenotazione fatta 2 ore prima. Chi ci accoglie ( il cameriere) non parla nessuna lingua, è gentile ma non ci si capisce. La camera grande è praticamente un mini appartamento con cucina. La pulizia però lascia molto a desiderare e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la cameriera per farci pulire il bagno. Il potenziale ci sarebbe ma bisognerebbe curare meglio la pulizia che è carente. Il personale poi (a parte la signorina alla reception) non capisce nessuna lingua; non dico che debba sostenere una conversazione ma almeno capire il minimo indispensabile.

Good value for the money. In the past it was a shopping center and they transformed it into a hotel.
Pros:

The location is very good and quiet, large rooms, all you need is inside. Comfortable bedding. Very tasty breakfast. Perfect for a family of four. The staff speaks English and it’s very friendly.

Cons:

The bathrooms need an update and the cleansing could be improved.
