Pros:

Bardzo fajna okolica, miła obsługa, czysto. Super część SPA, basen, sauny, grota solna. Z baru, fajny widok z góry na miasto i dobre kakao.

Cons:

Małe pokoje, właściwie zmieściły się tam tylko łóżka, nawet ciężko było na podłodze otworzyć walizkę. Brak lodówki w pokoju. Był balkon, ale też nie było ani stolika, ani krzeseł.

Il y a des amélioratoons possible
Pros:

le personnel est aimable, mais à part à la réception, (anglais) il y a des difficultés de s'exprimer (pas d'autres langues que le "mscédonien")
la piscine est exceptionnel, le sauna petit est pas assez chsud

Il n'y a pas de bière ssns alcohol et celui que j'ai emmené pourmettre au frigo fût confisqué par le manager!!!:(
Il n'y a pas de frigo, ni minibar dans la chambre, même pas de safe.
Les chambres sont mal isolés (bruit des autres chambres).
Le nettoyage quotidien de la vhsmbrd se limite à l'échange des serviettes.
l'équipement de la salle de bain n'est pas pratique (lavabo sans place pour déposer quoi que ce soit, pas de fixation pour papier toilette,... le robinet de la douche qui ne fermait pas complétement de façon à ce que les gouttes qui tombaient occasionaient un bruit de tambour et il fallait laisser la porte fermée.
le ptix drmandée pour la vhsmbre était un prix standard eutopéen, mais la qualité des équipements était de bssse gamme:(

Pros:

Lage Hotel, phantastischer Blick auf Krusevo, sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Restaurant, schönes Zimmer, guter Komfort.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer obwohl ausgewiesen, nur Heizung. Leider war ich in einer sehr heißen Woche dort (30° plus), sodass es im Zimmer sehr heiß war. Nachts kühlte es zum Glück draußen etwas ab. Zimmerwechsel war wegen Belegung nicht möglich, Personal bemühte sich aber.
Was mich sehr geärgert hat war eine große Geburtstagsfeier mit sehr lauter Musik und Band bis morgens um 06:00 Uhr. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Keine Ankündigung, keine Entschuldigung, kein Discount. Kommentar: "The management does not care". Das fand ich unverschämt und sollte einem Hotel dieses Standards nicht passieren.

Parkovanie dobré. Posteľ pohodlná. Hotel je vo vnútri po rekonštrukcii. Bazén a sauny sú dobré.

Cons:

Rekonštrukcia mohla byť prevedená kvalitnejšie.

Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich war sauber und schien frisch renoviert zu sein. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es gab kein Buffet, sodass wir einzelne Portionen bestellen mussten. Mein Freund und ich haben beide ein englisches Frühstück bestellt und zusätzlich um jeweils zwei Spiegeleier gebeten. Leider konnte der ansonsten freundliche Kellner unseren Wunsch nicht an die Küche weitergeben bzw. wurde er dort nicht umgesetzt.

Ich bitte Sie, diesen Vorfall zu prüfen und entsprechend zu berücksichtigen.
