Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu. Po przyjeździe zastaliśmy w jednej z łazienek deskę klozetową umazaną ludzkimi odchodami. Zgłosiliśmy problem obsłudze, jednak mimo wizyty pracownika toaleta nie została posprzątana, więc ostatecznie musiałem zrobić to sam.

Cała sytuacja sprawiła, że wszyscy czuliśmy się bardzo niekomfortowo. Podczas śniadania praktycznie nikt z nas nie był w stanie nic zjeść, ponieważ to, co zastaliśmy w pokoju, skutecznie odebrało nam apetyt. Czystość to jedna z najważniejszych rzeczy, o które hotel powinien zadbać, i absolutna podstawa, której każdy gość ma prawo oczekiwać.

Podczas wymeldowania zgłosiliśmy sprawę kierownictwu, jednak nie zaproponowano nam żadnej rekompensaty. Po dalszych rozmowach za pośrednictwem pośrednika hotel zaoferował kwotę, która nie pokrywała nawet kosztu jednego z naszych pokoi.

Rozczarowuje nie tylko brak podstawowej higieny, ale również sposób, w jaki hotel podszedł do całej sytuacji. Zdecydowanie nie polecam i nie zdecydowałbym się na ponowny pobyt.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu
Pros:

Hotel jest położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne. Podróżowałem rowerem i tutaj na duży plus możliwość przechowania roweru w bezpiecznym miejscu.
