Pros:

Super friendly owner that took well care of me. The location is outstanding and if you go there make sure to have one of the two rooms on top floor. Balcony with magnificent view.

Мы остались очень довольны! Это самое прекрасное местоположение, с прекрасным видом. Наш номер был с терассой и мы могли любоваться видами. Хозяин очень добрый и приветливый человек, хозяйка делает очень вкусные завтраки. Очень рекомендую. И обязательно вернемся туда снова.

Очень понравилось как нас встретили! Хозяин Георгий потрясающий добродушный мужчина!
Месторасположение тоже потрясающее, вот прям в 2-метрах от самой главной крепости.
Я бы не назвала эту комнату местом для длительного отдыха, но переночевать- вообще супер!!! Действительно удобные матрасы и чистое белье. За завтрак мы заплатили 60 лари (3 яйца, помидоры/огурцы, хачапури, и 3 маленьких рулетика с сыром, чай) , но мы очень рано хотели уехать, поэтому и заплатили. По честному, этот завтрак больше 20 не стоит, хотя было по домашнему уютно и с красивым видом на крепость. P.s чтобы заехать на машине к этому месту, надо позвонить Георгию, чтобы он открыл шлагбаум!!!

A place that made me fall in love with Mtskheta all over again. ❤️🇬🇪
Pros:

I was absolutely amazed by this place. Even though I am Georgian and have visited Mtskheta many times, staying here made me fall in love with the city all over again. The view of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is breathtaking and creates a truly special feeling.

The hosts were wonderful, everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is the best you can ask for, and the price is excellent for what you get.

I left with the best impressions and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️🇬🇪

Nothing more to say, try and avoid.

The location and clean linen

Cons:

Toilet blocked, no running water in shower. Tv did not work, no toiletries, smell of drain, linen to small for bed. Kitchenette no basin with water, have to wash cups in bathroom. Dirty bathroom, trashcan very dirty outside.

Хозяин объекта всегда на связи. Достаточно чисто. Идеальное расположение. Цена/ качество соответствует.

Cons:

Можно сказать,что окно в комнате отсутствует. Оно есть, но выходит на какую-то подсобку. От этого в комнате темно и мало воздуха. Не оказалось на месте чайника, только подставка от него. Нет телевизора.
