Good location for my long drive back from Southern Spain to the UK via Calais.
I had booked a ground floor room with access to the gardens as I have a dog. They did not provide this type of room.

La piscine est très petite. L'hôtel était décevant pour un 4 étoiles.
Prima hotel voor als je op doorreis door Frankrijk bent (of voor zaken in de buurt moet zijn), maar dan heb je het ook wel gezegd.
Onze receptionist ontving ons met open armen maar sprak geen woord Engels, dat ik niet zou verwachten bij zo'n internationale hotelketen en in dit type hotel. We waren laat aangekomen dus moe van de reis, eerst wat uitgeslapen. Ontbijt was tot 10:00 uur maar toen wij ons om 9:50 hiervoor meldden waren ze al aan het opruimen en werd er erg moeilijk gekeken. Na enig soebatten mochten we alsnog ontbijten maar we voelden ons niet welkom en kregen het gevoel dat we weggekeken werden.

Emplacement,
Chambre handicapé sans nous avertir alors que nous sommes valides (sdb problématique : sèche cheveux bcp trop bas, pas de rangement,...). Pas de café en chambre , reveil par des disputes de personnel. Bref, bcp trop cher pour la qualité de prestations !

Das Frühstück wäre angenehm gewesen, wenn es nicht gerade ein ganzer Bus an ÜN-Gästen geplündert hätte!
Für den Preis (>200€) war es ein Mini-Zimmer mit einem kleinen Fenster.
