Pros:

Staff were very good and friendly. They seemed to anticipate your every need without being in your face. The accommodation is far enough off the main road that it was very quiet but easy walking to everything local. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Pros:

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v tichej ulici na peši od rušnej cesty a obchodov v udržiavanej záhrade s bazénom. Izby dostatočne priestranné a čisté. Dopĺňaju každy deň pitnú vodu. Veľmi milý personal, pomohli nám zabezpečiť skuter. Nič nám nechýbalo.

Pros:

Great staff, super friendly.
Super clean.
It’s away from the road so nice and quiet.
The buildings are new.
Nice pool facilities.
The cocktails are a reasonable price.
The house keeping staff are amazing.

Cons:

We stayed ten days so the included breakfast menu felt limited. There were more options available but these cost extra. I would like to see these included in the price especially for longer stays. I think charging for cappuccino and flat white coffee is ok, but it was expensive (almost the same as back home) maybe reduce the price? These are only minor things, overall this is excellent accommodation.

Pros:

全てが揃っていた。プールがとても良かった。地形が良いのかもしれないけれど、風が通って虫も少なくて屋外で過ごしやすいとてもいい立地だった。自転車も貸してくれて、レストランの料理は何を食べても美味しかった。

Cons:

とにかくエアコンの効きが悪かった。それさえ良ければ、何も文句なしで勧められると思った。

Beautiful
Pros:

It was an absolute oasis. Impeccably manicured garden, extremely attentive and friendly staff. A couple of minutes walk down a narrow side street, which was lit at night.

Cons:

Initially we were a little worried when we arrived, but every single person, car motorbike were very friendly that you come across down the lane.

bis auf die Baustelle waren wir sehr zufrieden
Pros:

sehr nettes Personal gutes Restaurant alles sauber und ordentlich die Lage ist ruhig.

Cons:

es gibt eine Baustelle die nicht erwähnt wurde, dadurch oft sehr laut
es wird im Umfeld ständig Abfall verbrannt und der Qualm stinkt extrem nach Plastik

It's a lovely quiet place, with all the facilities you need. Staff are very helpful and make an effort to keep the grounds tidy.

Cons:

Although the location is good (near the main road), it's down a very tight path which is sometimes unpleasant with a lot of rubbish around. The pillows are also very high which was uncomfortable.

Csodálatos hely. Pont, mint a képeken.
Nagyon kedvesek és elképesztő rugalmasak. Reggeli szuper. Ágy nagyon nagy és kényelmes.
Szívből ajánlom! Főleg a medencére néző szobák a jók. A többi kicsit kevésbé jó, mert a szemben lévő szobákat látni, de az sem rossz.
Csendes helyen van. Garantált a pihenés.

El hotel está bien, jardines muy bien cuidados, las masajistas del SPA muy bien también. El personal en general es muy amable. La zona no es buena, y el acceso es por una calle tan estrecha que muchos taxistas se niegan a entrar. No hay gran cosa cerca.

Cons:

Durante el viaje tuvimos problemas con los vuelos que nos retrasaron todo el viaje. Solicité acortar la reserva de tres a dos días, pero me denegaron la modificación (aunque avisé con 6 días). Perdimos la primera noche y el desayuno, pero bueno, era nuestro problema. Por la mañana del segundo día avisé de nuestra hora de llegada, pero la habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos. Durante los dos días que estuvimos utilizamos varios servicios del hotel (masajes, conductor, restaurante), es decir, hicimos bastantes gastos extras. Como nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde pedimos un late check-out, y nos dijeron que sin problema, al mismo precio de un día adicional. Le expliqué que no me parecía razonable que me costaran lo mismo unas pocas horas que un día entero con desayuno, y la recepcionista me contestó, sin perder la sonrisa en ningún momento, que si necesitaba un ratito para pensarlo...
