Prachtige locatie met een ongelooflijk zicht op het Lago Maggiore. Verzorgde, gerenoveerde kamer met alrconditioning, lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. De tuin bevat tal van gezellige lees- en zonhoekjes.

Die Lage am Lago Maggiore liegt erhöht am terrassenartigen Hang und hat damit einen wundervollen Blick auf den See.
Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und hat mir alles geboten, was ich mir gewünscht hatte. Müslivariante mit Joghurt, Kaffeesorten, verschiedene Säfte und Obst. Auch für E-Autos (eine Ladestation) und E-Bikes (separate überdachter Abstellbereich) geeignet.
Dass ich wieder abreisen musste. ;-)
Dieses Haus ist eine Oase für die Seele!

Amazing location and staff.
The View was excellent and the highlight.
Disappointing and fell far below our expectations. Location is inconvenient. Had to take taxis just to get around, added time & expense. The reception personnel, rather than making guests feel welcome, came across as dismissive and indifferent. The bathroom was outdated, need repairs. TV was not even a standard TV—it was a small desktop computer monitor. Not one complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room. per day. When my husband politely asked whether the hotel offered one complimentary bottle, the young man at the front desk replied sarcastically, "If you want free water, you can get it from the toilet. That water you can also drink." We were shocked by such terse, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate response. The most concerning was our room door lock. It did not work at all. Even more alarming, management admitted they already knew the lock was broken before assigning us the room. When we reported it, we were simply told, "Yeah, we couldn't get our repair person to fix it over the weekend." As a result, we spent our entire stay with NO privacy and NO security because our room could not be locked, and our room was directly accessible from a neighborhood alley, leaving us feeling unsafe—especially at night. Guest safety should not be compromised. Our final night was frustrating. From 10:50 p.m. until 2:35 a.m. there was constant noise from the room above us, furniture being dragged across the floor and continuous commotion, like someone was moving or rearranging for hours. We repeatedly called the front desk, but no one answered—the phone simply rang. The following morning, we informed the manager on duty, Rather than apologizing or showing any concern, he arrogantly responded, "Well, we don't know what other people do" No apology, and no attempt to address our concerns or make things right.
De accommodatie en omgeving was zeer goed. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het gebouw was heel goed onderhouden.
Het ontvangst en verder verblijf gaf ons geen ontspannen gevoel. De eigenaar van het hotel zat vol met regels, was niet vriendelijk. Vragen bij het uitchecken waren helemaal niet geapprecieerd door de eigenaar.
Alles sehr sauber, auf den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Es war sehr ruhig.
Es gibt sehr viele Stufen.
Wir sind am Abend angekommen und wollten sehr gerne an einen Tisch in erster Reihe sitzen, da standen noch Gläser drauf von den vorherigen Gästen, wir fragten ob wir uns dort hinsetzen dürfen, da sagte die Bedienung, der Aufwand wäre ihr jetzt zu groß, dass für uns richten.
Diese Aussage war wie ein Schlag ins Gesicht.
Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das man nicht verschließen konnte. Am zweiten Tag haben wir es mitgeteilt und der Herr an der Rezeption wusste es und drückte uns gleich den Schlüssel in der Hand zum abschließen. Also gab man uns bewusst ein Zimmer , wo man von dem Problem wusste.
Am Abend teilte man uns mit, dass es repariert sei.
Dann funktionierte alles.
An italian villa on a lake is often everyone's vacation dream, but it's not always within our reach either cost or access. This location was both accessible and affordable. The host and staff were 5 Star. The views of sudden lake we're extraordinary.
