Traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt. Immer wieder eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist seinen Preis wert und es ist schön es auf der Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das angebotene Essen im Restaurant ist vom Preis her zu teuer.

Unforgettable stay, filled with beauty, warmth, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality
Pros:

Our stay at Villa Margherita earlier this month exceeded our expectations in every way.
The property itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds.
Our room was modern, quiet, airy, and elegantly decorated, with unbelievable views overlooking the lake. We felt an deep sense of tranquility watching the sunrise over the lake, while listening to the birds singing each morning.
Gabriele welcomed us with warmth and care, showing us around the property and sharing recommendations for places to visit. Laura was an absolute delight and simply made us feel like a family member at home.
The restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast and dinner. They have a great selection of wines to pair with the meals.
Everything about our stay was exactly what we could have hoped for, and it made our anniversary vacation even more special.

Belle vue sur le lac. Il y a également de très belles terrasses. L'espace extérieur est agréable.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure pour 2 nuits. A notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous a conduit dans une chambre puis est vite parti. La chambre était sombre, petite, pas agréable. Nous avons vérifié sur booking les photos d'une chambre supérieure et avons bien eu la confirmation que celle qu'on nous avait attribuée était une chambre double et non supérieure; Nous sommes tout de suite descendus pour avoir une explication. Difficile de savoir exactement ce qu'il s'était passé mais en tout cas on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait de toute façon plus de chambre disponible pour le premier soir !. On nous attribuait donc une chambre d'une valeur de 150 euros alors que la nôtre coûtait 230 euros !!! Il a fallu discuter longuement ( booking ayant prélevé les 463 euros ) pour arriver à avoir le lendemain la chambre que nous avions réservée ( le réceptionniste ne faisait pas la proposition !!!) et pour rééquilibrer la somme versée à Booking nous n'avons également pas payé les petits déjeuners et une bouteille de vin a été offerte.
Si nous n'avions rien dit nous serions restés dans une petite chambre double. Ceci n'est vraiment pas digne ni honnête de ce type d'établissement.
Enfin l'hôtel est un relais du silence, ce qui n'a pas empêché un groupe d'une vingtaine de personnes d'être bruyant au moment de l'apéritif ( musique) et pour le dîner ( on aurait tellement voulu profiter de la vue et du calme) Il aurait peut-être été bien de mettre ce groupe à part.

La Dolce Vita !
Pros:

Le calme, la vue sur le lac, l’entretien des jardins, la qualité du restaurant.

Cons:

L’insonorisation de notre chambre (qui jouxtait une autre chambre seulement par une simple porte).
On entendait les voisins. Ça ne nous a pas gêné car c’est un établissement calme et chacun est attentif mais ça peut déranger.

Man sollte wissen das es sehr viele
, recht steile Treppen gibt und das man ggf ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss anfragen sollte.
