I had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. She kindly showed me around the restaurant, bar, and breakfast buffet area, which was a really nice touch.
I especially enjoyed the complimentary carrot cake with my favourite tea upon check-in ,such a thoughtful and delicious welcome!
The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the avocado toast , absolutely delicious!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay by the sea.First impression was wow what a beautiful hotel. Receptionist Irosha was very helpful,kind and very polite. She made me so welcome. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was so comfortable felt like at home. Slept like a baby. Breakfast service was brilliant experience so much to choose from. Grace and Ivy was amazing service 10 out of 10 what you just want. Food amazing and very tasty.Big thank you to shef Shivam. Massive thank you for all housekeeping girls Jovita and Ika aswell helping with my luggage. Definitely gonna come back again but next time with all my family.

Unser Zimmer war extrem klein, mit Fenster zur Feuerleiter. Es fab nicht einmal eine Nachttischlampe.
Location was great . Good views from the room. Supermarket nearby.
Parking area was too small for the vehicles parked there. The booked room was very small and we needed to upgrade and pay a lot more for a good room.

The room we were given was tiny; it wasn’t even easy to open our suitcases. The receptionist promised to find us something else – and we were given permission to move to the neighbouring Queens Hotel. We were also promised a refund – I understand this would involve a certain deduction. Unfortunately, the management refused to take any responsibility, even though I had paid for everything in advance. They then ignored my requests and reminders. I’m sorry to say I received nothing, not even a symbolic refund – some sort of percentage. I suppose that’s just bad faith.
I also rang Booking.com’s head office – to no avail

I know the weather was very hot, but a decent fan in the room would of been lovely.
My daughter arrived late at night. We paid for the room online for her. She was being chased by a dangerous man and we were desperate to get her into safe accommodation. She had no ID so they wouldn’t let her stay even though we had paid for her a room and we could vouch for her and sent our own ID. They then refused to return our money. We were deeply saddened by this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We had booked a standard double room and the room we got was tiny, we were really disappointed with this, we did ask for an upgrade but all that was available was one room one night and another a different night which was just to much hassle at that point. There was nowhere to store luggage. There literally is only several inches between bed and walls which resulted in a lot of banging toes on the bed., It would be more suited as a single room. The hotel itself is dated but we realise it is an old building. The shower was humoursome and ran hot and cold as well as on and off during the process which was a pain at times.
