Peaceful, elegant, and welcoming, a flawless stay made even more special by exceptional service.
Pros:

The Capital Trilogy offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfectly complementing our experience at Menlyn Maine. We wanted to explore both properties, and I must say they are equally exceptional. A special mention goes to Mbalenhle at reception, a beautiful, warm, and sweet lady who ensured our check-in was seamless and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Cons:

There was honestly very little to dislike. The property was well maintained, peaceful, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.

Everything from security outside to the receptionists they were so friendly and talk nice to us they directed us to the basement parking and the securities at basement were so helpful

It felt like I had booked a stay at a college res. Even the elevators took too long to respond.

Great location, close a variety of amenities

Cons:

Poor communication, though they setup a WhatsApp immediately after booking they failed to advise guests timeously. In the morning there was mayhem at the “closed” restaurant which seemed to be under refurbishment. No one bothered to notify or attend to the guests and give advice to this effect; we sought it ourselves. We were redirected to the other establishment for breakfast 😫
