Country pub in the middle of town. Bistro meal was good. Usual pub fare.
Friendly staff. Off street parking available.
Breakfast was included in price. A poor choice of cereals. Probably better to go to the bakery across the road.
It needs to have rubbish bins in the rooms and bathrooms.
Country atmospheres
Towels were threadbare. Room needed a waste bim
Right in town, no need to travel further for anything.

Very hard beds
Friendly staff, lovely location and lovely restaurant and bar 🍻
Great value for money!
Little bit dirty, thick dust. Needs a good deep clean and a lick of paint.
There were 7 of us on a motorbike trip and the Globe is a great pub for a stopover. The sheds out the back are ideal for housing bikes for security and no dew deposits of a morning.
I am a return customer and the pub suits my needs.
Room is basic but I already knew that. Guest lounge needs updating. Great food served in bistro.
Lounge suite.
Just OK

Better than the rylstone hotel
They add tv and fridge in room,,,they are not.
It was ok for one night. The restaurant and the staff was nice.
It was fine for a one-night stay. However, there was a persistent noise in my room that woke me up several times during the night coming and going. I also didn’t feel entirely comfortable as a solo female traveller, the shared spaces felt a bit exposed, with people frequently walking through the hallways in minimal clothing at all hours. The bathroom setup, with male and female areas right next to each other, added to that discomfort, especially when I noticed some confusion around which spaces people were using. The bed was old and uncomfortable.
