Single Travel
Pros:

O staff é muito simpático e acolhedor. A localização é excelente, no lado de Buda, permitindo chegar facilmente ao lado de Peste. As instalações são confortáveis e, apesar de o quarto não ser muito grande, tem espaço suficiente para uma estadia confortável. A zona é bastante calma, o que me permitiu descansar tranquilamente. Uma boa opção para quem procura conforto, sossego e uma boa localização do lado Buda.

Pros:

La posizione è senza dubbio il principale punto di forza della struttura: ottima per visitare Budapest, con numerose attrazioni raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Il letto era molto confortevole e ha garantito un buon riposo durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

La camera assegnata era diversa da quella mostrata al momento della prenotazione, senza che fosse specificata. Considerata la breve permanenza, abbiamo preferito evitare contestazioni, ma questo non rende la situazione accettabile.

Ancora più irritante è stata la quantità eccessiva di messaggi ricevuti quotidianamente, spesso accompagnati da insistenti proposte di tour, trasferimenti e attività a pagamento. Una comunicazione continua, invasiva e decisamente poco rispettosa della tranquillità degli ospiti.

L’assistenza dovrebbe essere discreta e disponibile quando necessaria, non trasformarsi in una costante pressione commerciale. Un aspetto che la gestione dovrebbe seriamente rivedere.

Pros:

Amazing located between the chain bridge and castle hill. The room was very nice. There’s a lift to the 4th floor - then 1 set of stairs to Butik Apartments up a set of stairs on the 5th floor. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Butik responded very quickly to queries via a sophisticated AI chatbot. One day I arrived back at my room and there was a human at the front desk who answered my questions with a smile. Apparently the desk is manner sporadically.

Cons:

This was not an apartment as arvertised! There was no kitchen area, although there was a refrigerator. My understanding was that the room was supposed to have a view - that is, a window! There was no window, no view, although there was a skylight.
