Pros:

Puri Saron is definitely an older hotel and the rooms and amenities feel quite dated. However, everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. While it could benefit from some renovations, it offers good value for the price and provides a comfortable stay overall.

Only because of the price , breakfast and staff would I say it was “ok” but I would not stay again unfortunately
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. Exterior and grounds very nice atmosphere.

Cons:

Seen better days. Pool was not inviting - green. Generally the interiors need freshening up. Pretty sure there were rats in the ceiling we were top floor. Very loud in the rooms from hallway activity. Dinner was terrible and expensive.

Nice quiet hotel. Facilities close to the beach. Everything looks very natural and clean. Staff are very friendly l.

Die Angestellten waren freundlich.
In den 80ern war es bestimmt ein tolles Hotel, seitdem wurde nicht viel gemacht. Sehr runtergekommen.

Cons:

Wir haben garten bzw Meeresblick gebucht und bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer bei dem man auf eine 1 Meter entfernte Mauer mit Stacheldraht schaut.
Im Zimmer lebte Ungeziefer im Schrank und der Raum beherbergte sehr viele Motten. Überall waren kleine insektengänge und verstecke. Das Licht im Bad konnte man nicht ausschalten. Das Wasser wurde nicht warm und lief auch kaum ab. Als wir am Abend zurück ins Zimmer kamen roch es wie auf einer öffentlichen Toilette. Nach einer Nacht sind wir ausgezogen und haben die restlichen Tage nicht erstattet bekommen. Mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir auf Lombok hatten, nie wieder.

Great Pool and great Restaurant, directly behind the Hotel there is a Beach with easy access. Also a lots of parking spaces available.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé, dans un endroit calme. Le restaurant sur place est bon, et le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, et avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix

Cons:

Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants, ce qui laisse passer la lumière le matin, et il y avait une légère odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain.
