Esperienza pessima. Ho prenotato 2 camere (dal 30/4/26 al 4/5/26) fidandomi delle foto pubblicate da Booking e dalle recensioni. Arrivati in hotel abbiamo constatato che la struttura non corrispondeva affatto alle foto. La camera era piccola con il letto matrimoniale addossato ad una parete. Queste presentavano pitture scrostate, battiscopa rotti e con la muffa. Dagli scarichi del bagno usciva un odore veramente pestilenziale di fogna. La doccia era piena di muffa. Abbiamo parlato con il proprietario delle varie problematiche il quale, rendendosi conto delle condizioni in cui versa la struttura, ci ha rilasciato, il giorno dopo (abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte perché dovevamo trovare un altro hotel dove andare)un documento attestante il checkout anticipato con il rimborso del soggiorno non usufruito. Avendo prenotato con carta di credito, la struttura si è accreditata l' intero importo dicendo che avrei dovuto rivolgermi a booking per il rimborso. Rientrata in Italia ho contattato il call canter per tre volte, mandato mail con tutti gli allegati (foto e documento) per poter avere giustamente indietro il costo delle giornate non usufruite visto che la pubblicità da loro fatta è ingannevole. Ho contattato anche la struttura ma come per booking, non ho ricevuto ancora nessuna comunicazione a riguardo ne tantomeno la somma. Sono anni che prenoto tramite questa piattaforma e fortunatamente è sempre andata bene. Ora che si presenta un problema, nessuno si prende la briga di risolvere. Siccome ritengo corresponsabile anche Booking, per PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE, ho già avviato le pratiche con l'avvocato internazionale.

Metró és villamos közeli nagy tisztaság a szállodában recepciós úr nagyon segítőkész már másodszor voltam itt és még biztos jövök

Семейным парам и туристам - не рекомендую.
Pros:

Отвратительный напор воды, обдавало то горячим то холодным. Завтрак состоял из яиц и омлета, есть нечего. Отель - твердая двойка со всеми вытекающими. Жесткий, крайне неудобный матрас и кровать. Номера требуют обновления.

Cons:

Локация нормальная, трамвай и автобус в аэропорт - близко. Если летите по делам и вам не принципиальны удобства - сойдет.

Good value for money! Καλή επιλογή για όσους επισκεπτονται πρώτη φορά την Κωνσταντινούπολη.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, κοντά σε καταστήματα, στο μεγάλο παζάρι, σε εστιατόρια και στα μέσα μεταφοράς, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σημεία τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος. Πολύ κοντά επίσης σε ένα ανταλλακτήριο συναλλάγματος και s/m. Ο ιδιοκτήτης και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μας έδωσαν τις πληροφορίες που ζητήσαμε και μας εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα στην μεταφορά μας για το αεροδρόμιο.

Cons:

Το διαμέρισμα καθαρίζεται μόνο εάν το ζητήσετε...Τα στόρια στα παράθυρα επιτρέπουν στο φως να μπαίνει στο χώρο. Το πρωϊνό καλό αλλα θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί, και ιδιαίτερα ο καφές. Το βράδυ ο δρόμος είναι θορυβώδης, αλλά γι αυτό δεν ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο.
