Accueil chaleureux,emplacement idéal près du Tramway et du Métro Veznicilar.
Chambre identique à ce qu'on a commandé.

Pros:

Ubytování jsme vybrali primárně kvůli výhodné lokalitě. Kolem je spousta restaurací a obchodů. Hlavní památky jsou v příjemné vzdálenosti. Hotel je blízko metra i tramvaje.
Bufet byl skromnější, ale dostačující. Mohl by být častěji doplňován. Kolem 9. hodiny už bylo mnohem méně na výběr.
Pokoje byly velmi čisté. Klimatizace fungovala výborně. Pokoje odpovídaly fotografiím.
Personál byl vstřícný a milý. Angličtina nebyla problém. Po pobytu jsme dostali malý suvenýr na památku. To bylo velmi milé.

Cons:

Menší výběr ze snídaňového bufetu, pokud člověk přišel trochu později.

Pros:

There were three of us staying here, and our room was incredibly spacious with everything we needed. We didn’t lack a single thing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transportation, including the tram and metro. During the World Cup matches, we even watched the games downstairs with the staff, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Everything about our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

I was on a cruise departing from Istanbul. I stayed one night before the cruise and then another 3 nights after because I liked the location, cleanliness and most of all the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I would stay again, thank you!

Это наш второй визит в этот отель, и мы в очередной раз убедились, что сделали правильный выбор. Приятно видеть, что уровень сервиса остается неизменно высоким. Нас встретили как старых друзей, заселение прошло мгновенно. Номер, как и в прошлый раз, встретил идеальной чистотой, свежим бельем и полным набором всего необходимого. Расположение для нас по-прежнему самое удобное, а завтраки все такие же вкусные и разнообразные. Отель держит марку!

È il personale che rende il soggiorno bello
Pros:

La posizione era ottima, vicina sia al tram che alla metro, quindi si può davvero arrivare ovunque. Volendo fare una passeggiata si può arrivare a tutte le attrazioni più conosciute nella zona Fatih, Sultanahmet ed Eminönü. Una menzione speciale va al receptionist Ayoub e alle signore in cucina, in particolare la donna con i capelli corti a caschetto e quella con gli occhiali, simpaticissime, molto cordiali e di grande rispetto. La colazione era deliziosa, ma soprattutto ogni volta che finiva qualcosa veniva subito rimessa. Il çay era buonissimo!

Muy buena opción en Estambul
Pros:

Tenía excelente desayuno, muy variado. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro turístico y del tranvía. Las instalaciones eran cómodas y la habitación era amplia.

Cons:

El desayuno debería empezar un poco más temprano, ya que la mayoría de tours para turistas suelen empezar antes de las 8 am.

завтраки однообразные омлет и т.д ассортимент скудный ,персонал работает на отвали... в номерах нет чайников чашек и прочее ... если вечером хотели попить чаю так требовали с нас за чашечку чая оплату -30лир в те дни которые мы останавливались было холодно. рядом в отеле с девочками разговаривали у них в номере было все к чаю и чайник .и не было ограничении ...остался неприятный осадок больше в этот отель не приедем

Sehr guter Aufenthalt und sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch die Köchinnen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück war lecker. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten konnte man in einer halben Stunde erreichen (Aya Sofia, Galata Brücke, Moscheen usw.)
