This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared to my previous visit three years ago, I was disappointed to see that the overall quality has declined significantly.

The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was very limited and nothing like what I remembered from my last stay.

The room was not cleaned properly. Every morning, housekeeping only made the bed and replaced the soap in the bathroom, without carrying out a thorough cleaning.

In addition, none of the in-room safes were working, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel also did not provide a luggage storage room, so there was nowhere to leave my luggage before check-in.

Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the positive impression I had from my previous stay.

Tutto perfetto… se trovate posto è la struttura migliore che si possa trovare in centro!!

Tutto perfetto!!! La struttura è a 10 metri dalla fermata del tram che porta alla moschea blu ed in centro per arrivare fino al ponte in prossimità del bazar egizio … nell’altra direzione si va al gran bazar! Nelle adiacenze ci sono locali dove prendere qualcosa da mangiare… la fermata del bus che viene dall’aeroporto è a circa 300 metri… forse meno! La colazione è buona con vista sulla città… il personale è disponibile al massimo e simpatico… le camere sono pulite e silenziose… l’acqua calda in doccia arriva velocemente ed il Wi-Fi non perde un colpo. Super!!!!
