Wahrscheinlich ist der Pool ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, die Umrandung müsste dringend verbessert werden.

Ebenerdige Zimmer durch eine Wand eingefasst keine Aussicht, Zimmer Service mangelhaft. Die Unterkunft ist in die Tage gekommen würde Erfrischung gut tun.

Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich, leider war ein Frühstück erst ab 08:30 möglich. Wir hatten am Vortag gesagt wir würden gerne um 8 frühstücken, das war nicht möglich, obwohl die Zeiten ab 07:30 angegeben sind. Zudem wurde beim Servieren der Kaffee vergessen und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit dies beim Personal zu melden

I had a leak down through from the rain, but the staff were great in getting it sorted as soon as I informed them.

I did get woken up every morning by the bike being banged against the glass windows.

What started as a pleasant stay turned into a very disturbing experience.

We had booked three nights, but on the second day, while we were inside our room, two members of the staff suddenly entered the area of our private pool. They had tried to call me a few minutes earlier, but I was unable to answer. Instead of knocking on the door, sending a message, or waiting for us to respond, they entered through a secondary door that appeared to be closed.

We had absolutely no warning that anyone was coming. We were inside our accommodation, using what we understood to be our private space, and suddenly found staff members there. We felt our privacy had been seriously violated.

Whatever the reason for their visit, there is no acceptable excuse for entering a guest’s private area without properly notifying them first. A private pool and private accommodation should actually be private.

The incident was so serious and uncomfortable for us that we decided to leave the property immediately, despite having one night remaining on our reservation.

When we explained what had happened to the person in charge, they initially asked whether they could arrange a partial refund. However, the manager ultimately decided that we would receive no refund and no compensation at all, despite the fact that we were leaving because of a serious privacy issue caused by the property’s staff.

This response was extremely disappointing. Not only was our privacy not respected, but afterwards we did not feel that management took the situation seriously or showed any understanding of why we no longer felt comfortable staying there.

We strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property. If you are paying for private accommodation, you should be able to expect that staff will respect your privacy and will never enter your private area without clearly informing you first.

Not a dislike but note the property is next to a river, so there is a lot of mosquitoes!

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte deutlich mehr gepflegt werden. Das Wasser im Pool lud nicht wirklich zum schwimmen ein. Generell könnte die Anlage aufgewertet werden. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und es befanden sich dreckige Handtücher im Zimmer. Wir sind sofort wieder ausgecheckt, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben (das Stornieren vor Ort war problemlos möglich - nochmal Danke dafür!).

There is a small hill to get to the house but anyone should be able to climb it unless really physically inept, ive seen reviews complaining but if you want a mountain view you have to be on a small incline.

Tangalle zelf viel wel tegen. Niet echt de moeite om extra te stoppen. Persoonlijk vond ik het ontbijt en het eten niet echt superlekker.
