Totalmente pésimo
Pros:

Cliente de hace 5 años pero el servicio ya no es el mismo totalmente pésimo. Deje cancelado un porcentaje de la reserva y aún así me dejaron en la calle.

Cons:

Son 3 veces reiterativas que me dejan fuera del hotel teniendo ya reserva hecha indicando que no hay espacio en cochera y que está lleno, está última vez deje cancelado un porcentaje de la reserva y aún así me dejaron en la calle a las 2 de la madrugada.
Habitaciones sucias y olor a humedad.

La ubicación, limpieza de las habitaciones, cumplimiento de la reserva realizada con anticipación, servicio de desayuno deficiente (no reponían lo que se acababa pese a que el cliente no había consumido antes y no había ayuda eficiente por parte del personal de dicha área)

El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno variado y muy bueno

Cons:

La habitación que me tocó tenía las losetas levantadas, al caminar se sentía el piso inestable, los pasillos se ven un poco descuidados, considero que deberían hacer mantenimiento a la infraestructura.
