Pros:

El personal da un increíble servicio. Siempre atentos y siempre amables. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

El cuarto es espacioso, cama cómoda, el personal amable.

La pequeña terraza estaba sucia, tenía papas y salsa tiradas en el piso, siento que las toallas ya se ven muy maltratadas ,el aire acondicionado está directo hacia la cama, sinceramente el buffet del desayuno no nos gustó, el café estaba muy insípido, el pan sin sabor, todo el buffet estuvo listo hasta más de las 10:30 AM cuando empieza 9:30am , primero estaba solo el café y pan y tardo para que llevarán los platillos,

La alberca, la atención del personal.

Cons:

No había servicio de internet, la TV del cuarto no servía.
Teníamos que avisar la hora de entrada y salida de nosotros que salimos muy temprano.
Las bebidas de mala calidad.
No dejan meter alimentos pero cierran la cocina a las 6pm entonces no hay donde cenar.
Muchos alimentos en la carta no los tenían.

Espacio confortable
Pros:

Siempre es nuestra elección, es un espacio cómodo. Y me gusta que no hay gente, realmente cumple su función con relajarte. La atención de las personas siempre muy amable y dispuesta a apoyar en lo que se necesite.

Cons:

En esta ocasión había poca presión de agua en la regadera, y sería mucho mejor pudiera haber comunicación de la habitación a la oficina de atención.
