Super obiekt, dużo dogodnień dla dorosłych i dla dzieci. Dobre jedzenie, basen, bawialnia, plac zabaw, bilard i kręgle, duży parking i piękne widoki. Pizzeria i kawiarnia w hotelu. Polecam serdecznie. Byliśmy drugi raz i chyba jeszcze skorzystamy.

Určite radi tento hotel navštívime znovu.
Pros:

Hotel je naozaj veľmi pekný, s krásnym výhľadom. Veľké plus za herničku pre deti. Pre rodiny s deťmi super. Personál bol milý. Raňajky a večere boli chutné bol široký výber jedál.

Cons:

Jedina nevýhoda bolo, že sme mali izbu blízko výťahu a to bolo večer dosť rušivé.

Уютный островок спокойствия в высокогорье
Pros:

Искали отель для семейного отдыха с детьми, и этот вариант привлекая в первую очередь наличием бассейна и детской комнаты. В итоге отдых нам очень понравился, мы отлично провели время и уже подумываем о том, чтобы вернуться!
Что особенно понравилось:
- Развлечения и инфраструктура: В отеле есть всё для насыщенного отдыха - бассейн, спа, детская комната, тренажёрный зал, боулинг, бильярд и детская площадка на свежем воздухе. Дочке отдельно приятен был подарок от отеля - раскраска и цветные карандаши, большое спасибо за такое внимание!
- Расположение и атмосфера: Тихое и живописное место с потрясающим видом на горы. Каждое утро было в радость сидеть за столиками перед отелем с чашкой кофе и наслаждаться пейзажем. При этом всё необходимое рядом - в пешей доступности есть магазин.
- Питание и сервис: Завтраки разнообразные: мы жили почти неделю, и горячие блюда каждый день менялись. В ресторане очень вкусная еда и большие порции. Отдельно хочется отметить бар и работу персонала - официанты и сотрудники очень вежливые, всегда готовы помочь. В баре, который работает до поздней ночи, нам посоветовали отличные коктейли по вкусу, рекомендации полностью себя оправдали.
- Номера: Кровати удобные, в ванной комнате есть все необходимые принадлежности.
В целом - отличное соотношение цены и качества!

Cons:

Моменты, над которыми можно поработать (конструктивные пожелания):
- Звукоизоляция: В номерах, к сожалению, достаточно хорошая слышимость.
- Запах уборки: При заезде в номере ощущался сильный запах чистящих средств с резкой отдушкой. Для людей с чувствительным обонянием первое время находиться в комнате из-за этого сложновато.
- Конструкция кроватей: Матрасы и кровати удобные, но имеют тенденцию разъезжаться во время использования.
- Загрузка ресторана: Зал ресторана относительно небольшой, поэтому в первый день нам пришлось немного подождать, пока освободится столик.
- Доступность: Стоит обратить внимание на удобство спуска и доступа в бассейн для пожилых людей и гостей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
И тем не менее, эти нюансы не испортили нам впечатление. Отель замечательный, спасибо за тёплый приём!
