!CAUTION! This property is a monumental canal house with STEEP STAIRS and NO ELEVATOR. The reception is on the first floor and there are four floors in total, all ONLY REACHABLE BY STAIRS. People having trouble walking stairs are recommended to take caution and pack lightly.

La posizione dell' hotel è perfetta. In centro. I letti sono comodi e la camera familiare è ampia e confortevole. Non abbiamo scelto di fare la colazione in hotel.

Okay for 1 or 2 nights but quite expensive

Très bon emplacement. Check in / check out facile et pratique.

Cons:

Les lits superposés pas très confortables, font beaucoup de bruit dès qu'on bouge. Impossible de s'asseoir sur le lit du bas, il font monter sur le lit du haut pour pouvoir s'asseoir quelque part dans la chambre. C'est une ambiance dortoir, pas fait pour rester dans la chambre mais à ce prix-là on aimerait un peu plus de confort.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood almost to no noisy at all. Many restaurants and cafes around. Convenient with tram stop as well

Ottima posizione centralissima e a un passo dalla fermata del tram. Bel palazzo storico, proprio davanti al Prinsengraacht, silenziosissimo

Il bagno è decisamente da ripensare, in generale qualche accessorio in più sarebbe stato gradito.

Freezing and unbearable

Cons:

No heating. Had to sleep in coats and jackets. Room wouldn’t heat up past 13 degrees. Owner said he knew he was aware it didnt have heating. Awful. We all froze to death.
