!CAUTION! This property is a monumental canal house with STEEP STAIRS and NO ELEVATOR. The reception is on the first floor and there are four floors in total, all ONLY REACHABLE BY STAIRS. People having trouble walking stairs are recommended to take caution and pack lightly.

Ich würde wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Leute super freundlich und flexibel.

Il posto è abbastanza comodo e molto carino, ottima l'idea della colazione "veloce" in reception.

Cons:

Molto umido all'interno, uno dei due ventilatori non funzionava e con il caldo torrido estivo (intorno e sopra i 30 gradi) l'interno della stanza era davvero troppo caldo. Per fortuna durante il giorno si visita la città e la sera è abbastanza fresco!

Great location, but very poor stay due to sub-standard accommodation & facilities.

Great location. Close to tram stop. Lovely setting on canal.

Cons:

The hotel accommodation is misrepresented in the photos. We had 2 bunk beds in our room, both were incredibly squeaky with the slightest movement. There was only 12 inches of space to access the lower bunk as the bed was positioned in a tight space between 2 walls. On the wall next to the bunk were open electrical wires where a cover had fallen off and broken conduit. There were exposed holes/wall plugs all over walls. Dirty marks over walls. No chair or somewhere to sit, and not enough head height to sit on bottom
Bunks. Accommodation not a 4 star hotel as claimed. I wish I had viewed the Trustpilot reviews before travelling.

Pretty good place with good location and price, friendly staff but the stairs are very steep so keep it in mind

Nice stay
Pros:

Building is classic and enjoyable to stay right next to the bus stop. It gets busy in the area but surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

It’s old building so no air conditioning. At least they offer fan to cool the room. We stayed when outside was 90s so it was a bit uncomfortable but at least this hotel provided the fans.

Pros:

The room had a nice cozy interior which was nice. Also, property is in super convenient location. We spent in Amsterdam only one night and we could reach main locations by foot.

Cons:

The room had a horrible shower. It was very small but it wouldn't be a problem if shower had curtains and had something around that doesn't let water to go everywhere. Therefore after each shower using time we had to spend 10min cleaning everywhere because everything was wet.
