You arrive as a stranger and leave as family.
Pros:

I stayed here for two nights. The property is managed by malc and mick.
It’s got parking outside and it’s conveniently located with a five min walk to hounds hill shopping centre and coral island etc.
the place is clean and more than value for money.
Nothing was too much trouble in my stay. I travelled alone and felt very safe and comfortable. It was my birthday and I even got a card and a present. Which was amazing. The small touches like that go a long way.
The room was a good size and if you’re travelling for work there was desk space.
The bathroom was en-suite and had an excellent shower in there.
I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Blackpool. They definitely get 11/10

Great hotel, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The two men were so polite and welcoming! Room was spacious and exactly like the photos

Cons:

There was a funny smell in the porch/main entrance maybe some air fresheners or something! Other than that nothing to complain about great location, easy accessible free parking and the staff were so welcoming

Great stay
Pros:

Had a lovely clean and comfortable room. The bed was amazing. Had such a lovely stay and Mal was very welcoming. Early check in and free parking was a bonus. We even got out in a larger room than booked. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Hosts
Pros:

A fantastic stay with lovely hosts, always available if we needed anything at all, nothing was too much trouble, very comfortable beds, Malc was lovely, always made time to chat with us, we would most definitely stay here again

Great New Year Stay, Will be Back....
Pros:

The owner and staff were amazing... everything replenished every day and 10.30am check out much better than 10am.

Cons:

Could have done with heating on, even low for longer.... and some extra pillows in the wardrobe to use as I like 3-4 pillows, granted I never asked for extra either. Both VERY small things as the stay was amazing.
