The breakfast was great and it was good to have free parking
This hotel was literally a 5 minute walk to the Pleasure Beach, was on the promenade with a lovely sea view and was spotlessly clean! Lovely modern decor throughout, comfy beds and pillows, lovely clean shower room with fluffy white towels. There was a really nice little cozy bar area and decked area at the front where you can sit out and take in the view over the promenade. Tram stop is also right opposite the hotel and there is free parking at the front of hotel too. The owner, Fiona, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and she was very accommodating letting us park at the hotel in the morning when we arrived. We only stayed for one night but would stay there again if returning to Blackpool.

We stayed for 1 night and instantly felt so welcome. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room and it was perfect. We coild not find a fault with anything! We are looking forward to returning with our children in the summer!

Very comfortable..unique stylish decor..Fabulous Friendly Hosts and oddly location..because it looks like it is away from the centre...but that is a benefit because it's quiet outside..has a train stop adjacent..you can be in the centre in 15 mins or a bit longer walking which was also fun

From the moment we opened the door to when we left, Fiona made us very welcome. Great hotel to stay. The room was quirky and very comfortable, very quiet with a great view of the ocean. And great coffee before we left, oh and the bathroom was great. Clean, renovated and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended
