Room was very shabby & needed repairs and doors and woodwork thoroughly cleaned- all very shabby and dirty. Bed & mattress very ordinary. No hair dryer. Very few power points available. All in all not a pleasant stay.

Was okay, we had a nice dinner at the restaurant.
Cons:

The shower drainage was appalling. The outlet drained out so slowly that the recess overflowed into the bathroom unless you turned the water off until water seeped out. Fortunately there was a drain in the centre of the room to remove the excess water

Check in. I had to provide my licence and credit card. he photocopied it and threw it in a pile of papers next to the cash register along with other peoples who had just checked in. I questioned my details especially credit card being kept secure and he said it was.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap and a bed for the night. Would I stay there again?..No.
Pros:

A warm shower at the end of a long day on the road and the convenience of a feed at the pub.

Cons:

The general condition of the whole property. Needs a good freshen up. Dining room looke like it hadnt been used in ages.
Very few patrons. So no atmosphere. Food was pretty ordinary.
Just a grotty, old, run down business.

Pros:

Large room and bathroom, clean sheets and towels, good location on foreshore, cheap. Has kettle, toaster, cups plates etc.

Cons:

Older units in the hotel back yard, a bit dusty, battered but still comfortable. Bring own shampoo etc, sink plug, coat hangers.

Mouse droppings and very run down room.
Pros:

Gate closed overnight provided some security.

Cons:

Mouse droppings on the pillows and microwave in the room. Reported it to staff. Initially they told us there was no other room available and just wanted to change the sheets before later they found an alternative room. Door to the bathroom was clearly broken and held together with some tape. Room was very run down and sheets were badly marked.
