Excelente Hotel en el Centro de Coyhaique
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Y en General las instalaciones están muy bien para quienes vamos a trabajar y requerimos de escritorio, buen internet, una cama cómoda y un baño completo. Y está vez en mi caso, estacionamiento para el vehículo que arrende.

Cons:

Todo muy bien. No tengo peros al respecto.

Hice la reserva por booking para mi familia (mi pareja y mi bebé de 1 año), en la página de booking no decía que no se aceptaban niños, llegamos del aeropuerto temprano (tipo 10:30 am) al hotel, en el hotel nos dicen que el check in es a las 15 pm, nos dijeron que podíamos dejar nuestras maletas y salir a pasear (con nuestro de bebé de 1 año, invierno y ese día llovía y hacía frío), por lo que decidimos buscar otra alternativa de alojamiento, a lo que se acerca la recepcionista y nos dice que de todas maneras el hotel no recibe niños así que no nos podían recibir de todas formas.
Lo encuentro pésimo y una situación indignante, sobretodo conociendo la realidad y metereologia de la región, poca empatía y la información poco clara ya que en descripción de Instagram dice HOTEL FAMILIAR

El personal muy amable, el desayuno no es buffet pero es rico, todo muy limpio, flexibles y muy disponibles para ayudar, la cama es cómoda, la habitación tiene buen tamaño.

Cons:

La calefacción no se puede regular, en la noche era demasiado caluroso. No se aísla bien el sonido y se escucha todo lo que pasa en el entorno. La ducha no era muy buena, el agua salía tibia.
