Pros:

Our room was basic but comfortable, with a nice, clean bathroom. The location was good.in a lovely, old street.

Cons:

The breakfast ordering and delivery felt more like we were on a school residential trip. We wouldn't class it as a hotel and, for the cost, it was very disappointing.

Wonderful accomodation, great location and good value for money if you can walk.
Pros:

The Georgian decor and breakfast system.

No lift and no allocated parking so it is expensive during the week.

Perfect for our 1 night stay in Edinburgh, as we were catching a train to Inverness the next day.
Pros:

Our room was big and very comfortable. Our breakfast bag was very useful as we were taking the early train the next morning. We took our breakfast bag with us. The hotel is close to Waverley train staion.

Cons:

No fridge in the room, no lift, hard to carry suitcases up to the 4th floor. Basically never saw any staff. Water pressure in the shower (over the bath) was pretty weak.

A beautiful and elegant place to stay. Wonderful staff and beautiful room. A must stay place for all visitors.
