Terrific, stress free stay at a well located hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, booked a taxi and even got my breakfast for me as I'm disabled. I booked a single room but it was still en suite and had a large wall mounted television; it was secure and I felt safe. The car park was large and secure which was important to me as I had driven over 200 miles and didn't want the hassle of then finding somewhere to park and walk from after my journey. The breakfast was great, freshly cooked with good variety and plentiful too.

Cons:

I felt the room was cold when I returned that night and although there was a wall mounted heater I wasn't able to turn it on or adjust without getting someone to do it for me so I didn't bother.

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel le petit déjeuner qui est a volonté et très bon. La facilité pour aller au centre ville avec un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel.

Nous sommes très malade suite à la poussière dans la chambre

L’emplacement. Le personnel était sympathique

Cons:

On ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre, il y avait énormément de poussière dans la chambre c’était irrespirable ! Ce matin au « réveil » nous avons le lit complètement bouché et mal à la tête. On voyait la poussière volé quand la lumière était allumé c’était n’importe quoi ! Notre chambre était coulé à la laverie et des machines on tourné jusqu’à 3h du matin donc impossible de dormir et reprise des machines à laver à 7h donc réveillé
Cette chambre est clairement la pire que j’ai eu de ma vie ! On dirait qu’on nous a mis dans la petite chambre du fond qui n’est jamais utilisé!!!

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a great night's sleep after our gig! Having noon checkout as standard is a game changer; being able to have breakfast then go back to relax without feeling rushed out by 10am was bliss. The building felt very secure and all the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

For some reason, the bathroom smelled like broccoli

Left feeling very tired as not slept much. Breakfast was mediocre even though they are supposed to be well known for it

Car park was handy

Cons:

The bedroom was so tiny. Only a double bed yet could only just walk round it. I asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel as it is on a busy road which they obliged, but there was a huge extractor type fan outside the room that kept us awake anyway
