Cons:

Le coté rue (mentionné montagne) est bruyant. Dans la mesure du possible prendre une chambre coté mer.

1. Хозяйка и персонал ОЧЕНЬ радушные и делают ВСЁ, чтоб гостям было комфортно
2. Отличный большой двухкомнатный номер с кухонным уголком
3. Неплохой бассейн
4. Ближайший пляж очень хорош

Cons:

1. Номер с видом на бассейн одновременно выходит и на дорогу. Шумновато, не очень комфортно
2. Отель расположен в поселке - нет туристической инфраструктуры (сувенирные магазины, променад, рестораны и т.д.).
3. До пляжа 1,1 км под горку
4. Взимается дополнительный экологический сбор (5 евро за номер в день), информация о котором в бронировании отсутствует.

Proximity to airport for a late arrival, facilities in the room and a very nice breakfast included.
We didnt use the pool but it looked very nice.
Very pleasant beach 10 minutes walk downhill.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a good, although small, supermarket nearby but for a late arrival the nearest taverna is a 10 minute + walk downhill walk, longer to return, and no footpath on a quite busy road. Not great in the dark.
Taxi fare from airport was 35 euros. No public transport.

Cons:

Certains membres du Staff utilisent les gants pour tout faire.... Ranger le Pain , faire la vaisselle , servir , la partie administrative.... Les gants sont jetables , il faut penser à les remplacer à chaque fois

I highly recommend the Waterlilly Hotel to everyone. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. Ms. Angela is such a kind and lovely person, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, with both sweet and savory options, so I’m sure everyone will find something they enjoy. On our last day, we had to leave very early in the morning, before breakfast, and we were given sandwiches to take with us for our journey. It was such a lovely surprise 🩷🥰 We will remember our stay at this hotel very fondly. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant and enjoyable! 🫶🏻

Soggiorno fantastico e ospitalità indimenticabile! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso al Waterlily Hotel Apartments. gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, estremamente puliti e dotati di ogni comfort, inclusa una cucina attrezzata e un bellissimo balcone privato. La zona piscina è curata e piacevolissima, ideale per rilassarsi al rientro dalla vicina spiaggia di Kalathas. Nota di merito anche alla colazione, ricca e preparata con cura. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è però la gestione: un ringraziamento speciale va aD Angela, una persona splendida, di una gentilezza e una disponibilità d'altri tempi. Con il suo sorriso e la sua premura ti fa sentire subito a casa. Caldamente consigliato.

Super Hotel, nahe an Chania und nahe am Flughafen.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel, die Zimmer sind sehr groß, die Betten auch sehr bequem.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Durchzugsstraße, daher relativ laut am Pool.

Pros:

Appartamento davvero accogliente e confortevole. Colazione super. Piscina gratuita per gli ospiti. Ottima idea mettere a disposizione tutto il necessario per il mare, tipo ombrelloni, sdraio e asciugamani.

Cons:

Nonostante l'assoluta disponibilità dello staff, consiglierei degli ulteriori avvisi durante il check in in merito all'utilizzo delle card e delle porte della camera e di ingresso in struttura, perché in entrambi i casi abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà nell'accedere al rientro, e sopratutto nelle ore serali è poco piacevole rischiare di rimanere chiusi fuori.

Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο και πολυ ανετο. Ηταν πληρως εξοπλισμενη η κουζινα και το μπανιο. Το προσωπικο φιλικο και ευγενεστατο. Ειχε ενα εξαιρετικο πρωινο.

Dostaliśmy kartę do wejścia do pokoju pomimo tego, ze nie był on gotowy na nasz przyjazd. W łazience były brudne ręczniki, na łóżku używana pościel, w koszu śmieci, a w lodówce i na meblach pozostałości czyjegoś jedzenia. Po skontaktowaniu się z właścicielką pokojówka zaprowadziła nas do drugiego pokoju, który był pełen insektów!! Musieliśmy czekać 1 godzinę przed hotelem, aż nasz pokój zostanie posprzątany.
