Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer grossen Auswahl. Die Architektur vom Hotel und die Ruhe sowie die schöne Lage hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung sprich das Personal ist ne Katastrophe und kein 5* Sterne Hotel wert. Kein herzlich Willkommen oder danke, dass sie bei uns waren und eine gute Reise. Rechnung - fertig und das war es. Das Personal redet unsicher und leise ! Manager war nie zu sehen.

Es war angenehm das Personal sehr vorkommen und das Restaurant super

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ein wenig zu klein und die Duschbraise verlor Wasser plus die Badewanne war defekt. Sollte nicht passieren für den Preis

Die Lage ist wunderschön, in Summe macht es einen gepflegten Eindruck.

Viele Kleinigkeiten haben nicht funktioniert
Trotz sonnigem Wetter war die Poolbar nicht besetzt, Auflagen für die Liegen musste man selber holen, die Sonnenschirme lagen noch nass vom Vortag auf dem Boden- trotz Bitte an Mitarbeiterin wurden sie nicht geöffnet.( Waren zu schwer, um sie allein aufzustellen)
Im Zimmer alte, graue Schokolade als Willkommen, keine Bodylotion, trotz Nachfrage. Der Abendservice ha- ha. Fand nur einmal statt.
Der Nachmittagstee kam aufgegossen und ungenießbar stark an den Tisch. Ich bekam dann zusätzlich heißes Wasser und Belehrungen , das sei so völlig normal???

Pros:

Frühstück war top, es hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Das Zimmer war der Buchung entsprechend und hat uns gefallen. Der Tresor war defekt und blieb es auch. Der Fernseher hatte teilweise einen Wackelkontakt.
Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super. Direkt am See und an der Seepromenade. Wir konnten die Altstadt und den Hafen, so wie die Busstation gut zu Fuss erreichen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war wunderbar und auch abends lange geöffnet.

Pros:

Frühstück ist gabz hervorragend ! eine riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und schön angerichter ! das Personal sehr nett und flink.
Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche super angeehm.
Zimmer Größe und Ausstattung sind top !

Der Check in !
uns wurde ein Glas Sekt angeboten und auch beim Ausladen der Koffer geholfen, aber dann wurde uns einfach die Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt und gar nichts dazu erklärt, z.b. wie man überhaupt und mit welchem Aufzug in das Zimmer kommt. auch nicht wo oder wann das Frühstück ist. Oder, ob ein Spa vorhaben ist und wo ?
wir sind dann erst etwas im Haus umhergeirrt
