Moderne, große Zimmer, super Frühstück
Pros:

Frühstück ist gabz hervorragend ! eine riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und schön angerichter ! das Personal sehr nett und flink.
Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche super angeehm.
Zimmer Größe und Ausstattung sind top !

Cons:

Der Check in !
uns wurde ein Glas Sekt angeboten und auch beim Ausladen der Koffer geholfen, aber dann wurde uns einfach die Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt und gar nichts dazu erklärt, z.b. wie man überhaupt und mit welchem Aufzug in das Zimmer kommt. auch nicht wo oder wann das Frühstück ist. Oder, ob ein Spa vorhaben ist und wo ?
wir sind dann erst etwas im Haus umhergeirrt

Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Architkektur und super Lager. Personal im Restaurant Ophelia top.
Pros:

Frühstücksauswahl war gut bis sehr gut
Zimmer war sehr schön und die Lage ebenfalls.
Das Restaurant Ophelia: Teuer aber perfekt. Esssen und Personal wunderbar. Wäre es nur im gesamten Hotel so gewesen. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen!

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant ungeschult und nicht qualifieziert für ein 5 Sterne Haus. Teilweise komplett überfordert. Es war auch über die Pfingsfeiertage viel zu wenig Personal im Einsatz. Es gibt im Haus einen wunderschönen Rooftop Bereich aber leider ohne Personal. Bestellen musste man telefonisch im Restaurant, welches sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Und dann warten und hoffen, dass man seine Bestellung bekommt. Abgeräumt wurde natürlich gar nichts.
Zum Zimmer: Das wurde gut gereinigt, allerdings nicht die Terrrasse. Hier lagen tagelang herabfallende Blätter oder auch unsere Handtücher auf den Liegen. Weggeräumt wurde nichts.
Rezeption: Zeitweise nur mit Azubis besetzt. Meine Reservierung zum Abendessen wurde nicht ausgeführt. Wir mussten froh sein, noch einen Tisch zu bekommen. Ich bin nicht kleinlich, aber das Wasser hätte ich gerne eingeschenkt bekommen. Ist eben alles nicht das, was man von 5 Sternen erwartet und im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern - beispielsweise der Althoff Collection - muss noch viel passieren!

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Design gut, Kunst ist Geschmacksache, Restaurant Service gut, Frühstück ein Desaster,
Rezeption und Management unterstes Niveau, check in ab 16.00 und check out um 11.00 ist äußerst
unfreundlich. Der Gast wird eher als störend betrachtet. Management dilettantisch bzw nicht existent

Cons:

Frühstücksräume viel zu klein, total überlastet wie Kantine oder Mensa. Auch Kaffee Selbstservice mit teilweise
nicht funktionierender Maschine. Anfragen dauern zur Beantwortung bis 48 Stunden,Tel. war nicht besetzt.Rezeption bei Abreise nur mit einem jungen, unerfahrenen Lehrling besetzt, Auszubildender war nicht anwesend. Bei Abreise dauerte es ewig, bis das Auto gebracht wurde, am Ende mußte es der Restaurantleiter holen. Fazit:
Ein Hotel mit 5 Sterne Preisen und Low Budget bzw. No Service. Wir werden es nicht mehr besuchen!

äusserst empfehlenswert, wenn man das Besondere sucht

traumhafte Zimmer im Jugendstil-Anbau mit See- und Säntisblick, beheizter Rooftoppool

Cons:

eine SB Kaffemaschine zum Frühstück wäre nicht schlecht, erspart vielfältige Interaktionen mit dem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal und Wartezeiten
