Grundsätzlich alles.
Der Pool mit Aussicht war wie am Meer, sehr schön sowie der top Service!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber sehr schade!

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel .
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbaren Blick auf den Bodensee und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück.
Das Highlight ist der Pool auf der Dachterrasse, besser geht es nicht .

Cons:

Sehr teuer.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer grossen Auswahl. Die Architektur vom Hotel und die Ruhe sowie die schöne Lage hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung sprich das Personal ist ne Katastrophe und kein 5* Sterne Hotel wert. Kein herzlich Willkommen oder danke, dass sie bei uns waren und eine gute Reise. Rechnung - fertig und das war es. Das Personal redet unsicher und leise ! Manager war nie zu sehen.

Es war angenehm das Personal sehr vorkommen und das Restaurant super

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ein wenig zu klein und die Duschbraise verlor Wasser plus die Badewanne war defekt. Sollte nicht passieren für den Preis

Die Lage ist wunderschön, in Summe macht es einen gepflegten Eindruck.
Das Personal ist bemüht freundlich- am Abend im Restaurant ein Glas auf‘s Haus

Viele Kleinigkeiten haben nicht funktioniert
Trotz sonnigem Wetter war die Poolbar nicht besetzt, Auflagen für die Liegen musste man selber holen, die Sonnenschirme lagen noch nass vom Vortag auf dem Boden- trotz Bitte an Mitarbeiterin wurden sie nicht geöffnet.( Waren zu schwer, um sie allein aufzustellen)
Im Zimmer alte, graue Schokolade als Willkommen, keine Bodylotion, trotz Nachfrage. Der Abendservice ha- ha. Fand nur einmal statt.
Der Nachmittagstee kam aufgegossen und ungenießbar stark an den Tisch. Ich bekam dann zusätzlich heißes Wasser und Belehrungen , das sei so völlig normal???
