Apart from the manager the rest of the staff was very good. Food was good.

Cons:

The manager was very arrogant and rude! Room doors were consistently very hard to open. Room condition was not up to the mark as compared to the price. Prices are charged per room but get multiplied as number of guests increase

Horrible hotel.
Pros:

Bad room conditions. Poor room service. I am been staying in this hotel for last more than 10 years. But now I will not stay in this hotel. Room conditions were horrible. Room walls were leaking, tea kettle was broken etc.
