Pros:

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the beach. The staff is friendly. There's a restaurant inside where you can grab a meal or a beer. The room had air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

Llegamos con reserva y no nos dieron habitación
Cons:

Llegamos y nos dijeron que nuestra reserva se lo habían dado a otras personas que querían alargar su estancia, así que no pudimos quedarnos y tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta otro lugar. Una muy mala comunicación en todo el proceso

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the access to the pool. It was an easy walk to the local beach and restaurants. Lots of food provided in our included breakfast.

Cons:

It can take a while for staff to fulfill some requests such as providing towels for the room.

Had a really wonderful stay at Nilaveli Hybrid Holiday Hotel! The entire experience was amazing, especially the food. 🍽️❤️

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Every meal we had was tasty and well prepared, and the portions were generous. The breakfast was especially good, with a nice variety of options. We also tried several dishes for lunch and dinner, and everything was served fresh and hot. You can really feel the care and effort put into preparing the food.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. They were always ready to help and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax. Overall, the combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a relaxing environment made our stay truly enjoyable.

Definitely one of the places I would love to visit again. Highly recommended, especially if you’re someone who loves good food and great hospitality! 🌴🌊🍴❤️

The staff can be improve more, there attention to guests are low, they are not organized to serve. Food is average (not tasty). Overall the place is good the service can be improved.

Excelente hotel en Nilaveli
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, habitaciones cómodas, limpias y con A/C. Adecuado desayuno y buen restaurante con bbq. Piscina grande y refrescante y playa de arena blanca y tranquila para adultos y niños a unos 10 minutos andando por un camino agradable. No obstante, sin duda, lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad del personal y su implicación en que estés cómodo, especialmente el dueño, el cual nos consiguió precios razonables para varias actividades en la zona, transfer seguro al aeropuerto e incluso favores como ir con su propia moto a por unas camisetas u ofrecerse a llevarnos a la playa y dar recomendaciones. No lo dudéis si estáis por la zona.

Cenas tipicas de Sri Lanka de buena calidad y a buen precio
El grupo de trabajadores de 10! Se preocupan por el bienestar del cliente, Tuvimos un pequeño percance y se volcaron por completo con nosotros. Muchas gracias al equipo! Cuando volvamos a Sri Lanka volveremos a este hotel sin dudarlo!

Une belle surprise
Pros:

Un très bel accueil de Suresh est de toute son équipe. La piscine "olympique" et le grand jardin sont les gros plus de cet établissement (tout comme le petit bar intégré et le billard). Les chambres (suites ) du haut sont vraiment top, celles du bas bien (sauf la dernière sous l'escalier). Nous avons pu avoir un barbecue de fruit de mer délicieux pour tout notre groupe !

Cons:

Environnement autour sans charme particulier mais à l'écart de la grande route, donc au calme. On est à 1km de la plage mais à moins d'1€ en tuk tuk ça va ! Les chambres de l'annexe sont plus grandes et modernes mais cours en travaux et une chambre portes et Wc HS.

Énorme déception : un potentiel gâché par un amateurisme total

​Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Si le cadre global est plutôt sympa (belle déco, espace repas avec billard et piscine), le service et l'état de l'établissement sont catastrophiques. Vu les prix pratiqués, la prestation est inacceptable.

Restauration : Attentes interminables et service médiocre
​Dîner : Comptez 1h30 d'attente pour être servi, le tout pour des prix excessifs. Pour une salade César chicken payée au prix fort, je me suis retrouvé avec quelques feuilles de salade et trois pauvres tranches de poulet. J'ai dû réclamer pour avoir une assiette décente.

​Petit-déjeuner : Un soi-disant "continental", mais extrêmement mal géré. Pas d'anticipation (ils vont acheter le pain de mie ou l'eau pendant qu'on est déjà à table !). Résultat : jusqu'à 1h d'attente, des omelettes servies froides et un manque de beurre évident.
​Service des boissons inadmissible : Aucune boisson n'est servie dès le départ, il n'y a même pas d'eau à table, il faut constamment tout réclamer.
​Aucun sens de l'accueil : Le café est servi d'office pour tout le monde. Il faut sans cesse réclamer du lait ou du thé pour les enfants (qui ne boivent évidemment pas de café à leur âge !). De plus, il n'y a jamais de petite cuillère fournie avec les tasses à café.

​Chambre et hygiène : Une catastrophe
​Serrure cassée : Le barillet de la porte était totalement cassé. Il nous fallait plus de 10 minutes à chaque fois pour réussir à ouvrir ou fermer la porte. J'ai même dû faire appel au gérant après 10 minutes d'essais infructueux pour pouvoir simplement fermer la chambre.
​Hygiène : En retirant les taies d'oreiller, nous avons découvert des coussins noirs de saleté. Les serviettes fournies étaient également tachées.

the walking distance to the center with restaurants and the beach is a bit long.
the staff was very friendly, but they couldn't really help solving problems (e.g. wifi), and they didn't speak english very well.
the wifi didn't work.

Pros:

L'emplacement est sympa et les extérieurs sont très jolis. Le personnel est vraiment bien.

Cons:

La salle de bain est obsolète, il n'y a pas de table de chevet ni de prise près du lit et encore moins de télévision comme indiqué dans le descriptif.

Pros:

Full 5 stars! The hotel has a lovely environment. We were pleasantly given a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in.
Breakfast and meals are tasty and reasonably priced with great value.
The owner is extremely kind, sincere and helpful. He recommended plenty of wonderful local spots for us to visit.
This place offers unbeatable value for money. Highly recommend for travelers in Trincomalee !

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and all of the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and caring. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, the staff were always happy to help and made sure we had everything we needed.

I was really happy with my stay, and being able to use the pool was a great bonus. The excellent service and friendly atmosphere made our experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
