Bardzo miła I kompetentna młoda Pani na recepcji

2 gwiazdki to jakaś kpina. Hotel nie powinien mieć kategoryzacji. Powinien się określać mianem pensjonatu. W pokojach łóżka z lat 90, krzesła wysiedziałem do granic możliwości, równie dobrze można by zedrzeć siedzisko i zostawić gole drewno. Łazienka z prysznicem z koparką z lat 90... przypomniałem sobie lata komuny i pobyty w ośrodkach wczasowicz... to nie 2 gwiazdki... za tą cenę w innych rejonach Polski mozna dostać hotel 3 gwiazdkowy (prawdziwe 3 gwiazdki) z pysznym śniadaniem.. no właśnie.. co do śniadania.. od 10 lat nie spotkałem hotelu w którym na śniadanie nie mam jajecznicy i wyboru... szanowny zarzadco osrodka: parówki, szynka.. a jeżeli ktoś tego nie je to co ? Brak soku na śniadanie, marna kawa( zapomnijcie o ekspresie), brak owoce... no cóż głodny nikt nie wyjdzie, ale na pewno wiele osób będzie niezadowolonych. Od 7 rano halas bo hotel na tym samym piętrze ma biura różnych instytucji które zaczynają pracę. O 8 rano ekipa sprzątająca robi dodatkowy halas.. chciałem pospać do 8.30 niestety nie dało się... to nie hotel... to co najwyżej hostel, dobrze by było gdyby dyrektor tej instytucji przespał się w prawdziwym hotelu a potem pomyślał w którym kierunku chce iść. Za ten standart to dragonie pieniądze, koszt pokoju nie powinien przekroczyć 130 zł, wtedy byłoby uczciwie no i oczywiście zdejmuje te 2 gwiazdki, nie zasługujecie na nie. Ostatnia uwaga do osób wystawiając pozytywne opinie, albo to manipulacja postawionych osób, albo zanim wystawicie opinie odwiedzicie prawdziwy hotel

Na początku zaskoczyła nas dostępność parkingu. Pani z recepcji b.miła i profesjonalna a do tego bardzo dobre śniadanie. szkoda,że tak daleko od Opola,bo wpadałabym tam na śniadania.
