Relativamente próximo do centro de Florença.

Cons:

Apesar de ter pago o café da manhã, não nos foi oferecido o café em nenhum dos dias pois o atendente alegou que "a cafeteira estava quebrada". Eu estava de carro e a informação que tinha no Booking era que poderia avisar o recepcionista que estaria de carro e ele notificaria placa do carro na ZTL para poder descarregar as malas. Quando desembarquei, o recepcionista me mandou para o estacionamento público pois não poderia entrar com o carro. Paguei 20 euros de taxi do estacionamento ao hotel. No checkout reclamei sobre isso e outro recepcionista me disse que era só me dar a placa do carro que ele notificaria a ZTL e eu poderia entrar para pegar as malas. Ou seja, informação errada do primeiro recepcionista e desta forma gastei 20 euros sem precisar. Box do banheiro muito apertado.

Todo no me gustó el hotel muy feo ,mal mantenido ,cero relación precio y calidad ..la atención pésima , no hubo ,si no hubiera sido por unos pasajeros que nos dijeron que habia que ir a buscar las llaves a otro hotel, nos quedamos en la calle y cuando llegué a buscarlas ,la atención fue pésima . Yo envié mensajes miles a ustedes para cancelar la 2 noche y quedarme en otro lado pero nadie me respondió hasta hoy y tuve que quedarme en ese lugar . Muy mala experiencia

Cons:

Pokoje miniaturowe, jeszcze w dodatku na dwóch poziomach. W łazience wentylator wisiał na słowo honoru i wygląd ogólnie pozostawiał wiele do życzenia.
Hotel w strefie ZTL, gdzie nie można wjechać bez zgłoszenia. A dojazd tragiczny, nawigacja się całkowicie pogubiła.
Parking miejski podziemny 15 euro za dobę oddalony o 1 km od hotelu.
Na śniadanie tylko chleb tostowy (w tosterze działała tylko jedna strona) i kilka plastrów szynki i sera, ewentualnie dżem lub miód.
Klimatyzacja niby była, ale ledwo co działała. Po całej nocy dopiero było trochę wychłodzone.

Great value for money
