a decent stay
Pros:

It is located in a central area of the city and close to a bus stop for the airport shuttle. Free lockers are also provided.

Cons:

The main entrance of the building was littered with rubbish and occupied by homeless people. There was also quite a lot of noise from employees who seemed to be taking their break in the building’s arcade.

I had a fantastic stay at A22 Boutique Hotel in Budapest! From the moment I arrived, I was really impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the place was. The room was cozy and spotless, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay was there.

The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore Budapest and get around the city. It’s in a great area with plenty of things nearby, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend A22 Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Budapest. Great cleanliness, great comfort, great location, and an overall excellent experience. I’d happily stay here again!

La ubicación, estupenda. Teníamos todo a mano y estuvimos en pleno centro. El apartamento es pequeño, pero cómodo para pocos días. Personal agradable y preocupado por el bienestar de los huéspedes.

Cons:

Aunque el interior de los apartamentos estaba limpio y seguro, no fue así con el portal y el edificio de entrada. Dos de los días que estuvimos nos encontramos basura y objetos rotos en el portal, así como personas que intentaban colarse en el edificio, cosa que no nos dio mucha seguridad. El exterior estaba lleno de basura, no es muy agradable el entorno del apartamento (aunque repito, el interior estaba limpio y cómodo)
Además, la insonorización es muy mejorable. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle y alrededores en la habitación. Asimismo, y como propuesta de mejora, hubiéramos agradecido una limpieza diaria (o al menos cada dos días) de la habitación.

Excelente ubicación!
Pros:

El lugar está excelentemente ubicado. Todo queda muy cerca y las conexiones en bus o tren también son muy cercanas. El servicio por parte del personal fue maravilloso, todos muy amables y el lugar muy limpio y fresco. El edificio por la parte de afuera se ve viejo pero por dentro en muy moderno. Además, queda muy cerca de bares y restaurantes. Recomendaría muchísimo este lugar y si regreso seguramente me hospedaría de nuevo
